Hmm, not sure I want sparkle. The Solar Red 1.0 is too neon red for my preference. Hoping this would be a deeper, darker red.

don't think so... i think we were expecting an ADC restock back when FTL restocked, but it never came.

prices are going back up now. if you can find a pair for $220-240, you should cop. that's about $20-40 above retail after tax.

I can't tell what the logic is behind the BS pricing. Maybe the stores in question want people to think they have those shoes in stock for retail so they can just get them through the door and Complex is willing to play along, maybe complex is even subsidizing the low prices for the sake of the show, trying to help lower resale prices in general haha.

But at the same time, it sort of seems like something that spawned out of shows like MTV Cribs where the point was to show off your affluence, and in the case of this series, show off one's purchasing power, so why wouldn't they charge them actual resale prices and show them making actually large purchases? Sometimes it's silly seeing an NFL player go in and buy a few GRs and walk out spending less than a G when some of these dudes probably spend that much on dinner on a regular basis, really feels pointless especially when the guest has nothing interesting to say about shoes or anything at all for that matter.

That being said, I still watch the episodes so who's the real idiot here? Haha

Its hard to explain but the way the PK is stitched with the multicolor, it makes it really pop in the sunlight like there is a sparkle to it. And the colorway is def. not as loud as 1.0 solar reds..

Saw the solar red/black ones at the local finishline, they didn't have my size. they dropped on ADC when I got back to work..and super easy to get. it's a good day
