There's a wide range but QBs you can get in free agency are typically average to Josh McCown-bad. The years with Brees+Pep can't be counted on. If you're looking for a QB through free agency you're in trouble anyway. That pool's always topped out at average most years, I don't think it's any justification for signing Andy Dalton upwards of $100 million.

Josh McCown....you will always be remembered as the leader of the tank :pimp:

Thank you for your service

Is Peyton taking a pay cut this year ?

Or is he just going to collect his 20M before he hangs them up

The dude plays absolutely not a damn thing like Leftwich, Freeman or any of these other heavier black quarterbacks you want to compare him to.

He honestly reminds me of Ben/Eli combo more than any of those guys. The ho-hum Eli persona (on the field), big bodied similar to Ben. Tough in the pocket like Ben... he has good progressions.

Just who he reminds me of.

wonder if peyton takes a cut to keep key free agents :nerd: do it mitch :nerd:

The 2015 NFL schedule has not been released yet, but the opponents for each team are known. For the AFC North, the slate of games laying ahead are brutal, drawing both the AFC and NFC West. On the opposite end of the spectrum sits the NFC South, getting to play the weak AFC South and NFC East, along with getting the luxury of six interdivision games.

The Pittsburgh Steelers  draw the toughest schedule of any team, playing against a combined winning percentage of .579, per John Breech of CBS Sports. Pittsburgh has a road schedule which includes the three other AFC North teams, as well as the Kansas City ChiefsSan Diego ChargersSeattle Seahawks  and New England Patriots. TheCincinnati Bengals  follow behind, joined by the entire NFC West in the 3-6 spots. TheOakland Raiders  then tie for seventh with the Chiefs, while the Cleveland Browns  andDenver Broncos  round out the top 10, respectively.

The easiest schedule falls to the Atlanta Falcons, who have the great fortune of playing six games against NFC South opponents. They also get the Jacksonville Jaguars,Tennessee Titans, quarterback-less Houston Texans  and Washington. The second-easiest schedule belongs to the Indianapolis Colts, who only play two teams that had double-digit wins last year in the New England Patriots and Broncos.

Here is how each team stacks up:
