I'm always skeptical of racist accusations within sport (actual players and coaches - forget media and FO).
We're talking about someone who's spent everyday for three decades biulding interpersonal relationships with people, many of them minorities.

I just said some of his decisions are "fishy."
As in, they don't make sense.
You can build as many relationships as you want but to cut Desean and Keep cooper, then not leave it at that but continue to leak out negative information about Desean as a person to the media to belittle his name and decrease his value on top of it... Is not the most sensicle of decisions.
You gotta be naive if you think the media just came up with "Gang related activity" with absolutely no hint from the organization.

the Cooper signing is a product of Howie Roseman along with picking freakin Marcus Smith in the 1st round last year

I didn't think they had a shot to make it before this, but now you can forget about the Niners making it to the playoffs. No way you lose the heart and soul of your offense and defense in one day and recover from it
