All the respect in the world for Revis making sure he got his money. Why take less when you've accomplished what you've wanted to? This "loyalty" crap, especially in the NFL, is nothing but cheap talk from billionaire owners who want to place a target on these free agents and not on themselves. **** 'em.

The Lions would be in perfect shape if they just drafted Donald last year.

But no we took that non blocking, pass catching tight end that can't catch. :smh:

Dude also saying that Cary Williams and Jimmy Graham at the Hyatt hotel in Bellevue along with Wilfork. Seems mad fishy. Need one of these dudes to turn on location services on twitter or something.

Learn from Revis, not Tom.
Not that I don't respect Revis' mentality and methods, but you could certainly argue with this statement when you consider what Tom has achieved financially + from a legacy perspective.
I feel you, but I'm not of the mindset to constantly keep giving back to billionaire owners that print money off this league. That's just my opinion though. I'm strictly speaking from a business standpoint.

And obviously he's in great position to give back when his spouse earns 3x more than he does.

The legacy stuff is mostly due to his own play + having a brilliant HOF coach. I'm one of those that believe the Pats have left 'chips slide in certain years because of that Patriot Way **** by not maximizing their resources. BB/Kraft's method works, and I will never hate on them for always taking the long-term view, but sometimes you need to make exceptions and not let your own arrogance/ego get in the way.

When it comes down to it, anything that Bill & Tom earn from here on out is icing on the cake. Their legacy was set before today.
Brady's re-worked his deals like 39085349356 times already, but they've been had that money opened up and basically went against their usual methods.

Before he re-worked it this season, it was done for Wes Welker and other parts 2 summers ago and look how that turned out.

I ain't even outraged over this **** like I should be because I'm still living off last month's W, but it doesn't mean I can't call it for what it is.

Bucs talking to Stefan Wisniewski, Bruce Carter and Henry Melton.

I'd like all three signings.
