I hear ya. I usually use most sites just to kinda see what the future holds. Most articles are junk. In my opinion obviously. Once I actually made up my mind to search out other stuff besides just "taking what Nike gives us", it has been kinda eye opening. Don't get me wrong, I like some of Nikes silhouettes and some of my all time favorites are Nikes, but there are other companies making high quality products that are more comfortable, just as stylish and at a better price point. Under Armour changed it for me. I can't hardly wear anything Nike anymore because my feet get upset. All it took was to open my mind to other brands. Sorry for being so long winded. I wore the blue Force Vector leathers and they are awesome shoes....so comfy and the fit is awesome....plus, I mean LEATHER

It appears to be pretty recent, I think the fact that adidas agreed to sponsor the pro-am was a significant factor but I'm just speculating.

ha! didn't say it to get repped but thanks.  It's always cool to see our small blog get some love on NT.  I'm looking forward to the rare metals regardless, and it looks like nightwing/weartesters is getting another collab, hopefully Duke or nyjumpman will share details sometime soon!  
 
I saw that teaser. Is it the Rare Metal collab? Wasn't feeling the Ether collab so hopefully it looks better this time.
 
^^^ I didn't hate the collab. I personally can't wear mostly black shoes, so maybe if the colors were reversed I could've gotten down with them. I am definetly intrigued with the Ethers
 
I think one of brandblack's mistakes was not doing a full run othe the ether weartesters colorway. I know many ppl would have bought them and I myself would've bought 2 pairs. Love that colorway...everything about it

jetlon but lower to the ground. Flat & stable. 11 oz... Sounds like the kobe 8 has a new competitor

JC2 mid is still my favorite shoe because of the Jetlon so I hope these rare metals will match that. Curious on the other colorways that will be released . I will be copping these for retail
