Sizing on Jordan 7s?

Just browsing eBay I come upon a pair of Maize 7s. I loved these shoes when I first saw them but was crushed when I heard they were a women's color way. But these are a women's 13 which translates to an 11.5 in men's. Normally I'm a size 11 but I have somewhat of a wide foot so there are times where I'm an 11.5 (Forces and Jordan 1s for example).

Never owned a pair of 7s though. What's the sizing like on the 7s and more specifically, if anyone's owned a pair or knows, the Maize 7s?

I have a pair of the maize 7's and they fit true to size. I also have wide feet, and they are super comfortable. One of the comfiest Jordan's I have. I think it also has to do with the materials they used in 2006, which make a huge difference.
