The money was put back in my account but i received a shipping email with tracking number for the gold Kobe #8 and an Aikman '94 jersey. It should be here on thursday. I also ordered a red Rodman jersey. Hope that one ships also.

So Alyson told me to contact customer service,eventhough I provided my order number. Needless to say CS said my order was indeed cancelled eventhough the payment is still processing. I dont understand how they refunded me then took it away to show the order as "processing". I asked why and have yet to get a response back from them.
Has anyone else have their order cancelled and get it shipped?

Only the hat is shipped. I'm not paying $12 shipping for a $26 hat and not get my jersey.
I'm email them telling them one item is missing and see what they say and then if its sold out, ask for coupon code or refund my shipping at least.
Hope they got the factory working overtime to make our jerseys!

I ordered a hat and a jersey too. My hat shipped on 5/30 but my jersey said processing for a couple days then I got the shipping conformation for the jersey today if that helps
