I was in no man's land that day -- literally -- when wife noticed it / it occurred. Didn't even feel it until it was brought to my attention.
Fine as long as I have on socks to cover my ankle, only on my right foot. Totally bizarre. Must be age!

Thanks for the tip and I will try that, but these are official beaters with character now so not sure if buying the peroxide is even worth the purchase.

^ Man at least the sock liner hid the blood somewhat. Those all whites made that life liquid stand out like no other.
I was out running errands and had mad other things to do when I noticed I was bleeding. Had to cancel the rest of my day.
On another note, I felt pretty bad about sending back my bloody DNA shoe to Nike. I know the warehouse guy was probably tight when he opened up the box.

I don't know wether I've missed something or if they're an old pair from back in the day but they looked brand new, I saw a guy wearing a pair of pale navy/silver/white spiridons which looked like they had lettering on them, on the side panels underneath the swoosh. They were incredible, just wondering if anyone's got any ideas?
