He's looked decent in limited action.  Got buried by the safety but looks quick on his feet.
 
Meh Spiller always has that burst. He just sucks at seeing holes and is always hurt.
 
The current Buffalo coaches cockblock Spiller's production every year by misusing him. '14 will be no different.
 
I was going to take spiller last year after the preseason hype. He went #3 and I got McCoy at 4 THANK GOD

Man ill be cool drafting elite WR's early and then riding guys like rashad jennings, ellington, gerhart, trent richardson, etc if im drafting outside the top 4.

just gotta take that risk.
 
Dez and Gio is my plan back end of a 12 team draft. No clue where I'm drafting yet find out before we start Thursday night.

Truly think that is a horrible strategy but you got to play how you want. The problem is you can get good #1 WRs and productive guys outside the first couple rounds but the RBs you're describing could well be terrible all year and there's no guarantee you'll nab more than one of them.

These are the players that I think will be kept. I'm not 100% sure, I wont know until we actually do the live draft, but I wont physically be there for the live draft. Anyways theses are the players: Alfred Morris, AJ Green, RG3, Dez, Rodgers, Spiller, Brady, Matt Ryan, Megatron, Jamal Charles, Beast Mode, P. Manning, Peterson, Brees, Shady McCoy, and Brandon Marshall. I'm hoping a RB drops to me at 13, thinking Lacy maybe. If not I might go with a WR. I also have Montee Ball and Foster on my roster that I could keep over Peyton, but most likely gonna stick with Peyton.

It goes both ways man. Strategy as worked for me in the past, specially last season.

If i draft top 4-5 then im going opposite. Draft elite RB1 then draft jordy/julio/Antonio B in the 2nd round.

If i draft late first, I'm going AJ/Dez/BMarsh back to back.

it all depends on the league. PPR im waiting until rounds 3-4 to even draft a RB. Bush/Veeren/Trent are all solid backs. On top of having elite WR's drafted earlier.

If any of you guys are still drafting you should check out this free tool for creating player rankings using drag and drop.  It saves a ton of time and has lots of cool features.

Does anyone use any similar tools which are fee-based?

Well just finished with my main money league live draft. Here's my picks

12-team .5 PPR, #5 pick -

QB - Tom Brady, Andy Dalton

RB - Adrian Peterson, Shane Vereen, Chris Johnson, Darren McFadden, Jonathan Stewart, LaGarrett Blount

WR - Jordy Nelson, Antonio Brown, Cordarrelle Patterson, Josh Gordon

TE - Jordan Reed

K - Blair Walsh

DEF - New England Patriots


I'm kinda kicking myself for forgetting all about Julian Edleman when I took Patterson. Didn't realize till a couple picks later :smh:

15 is probably his limit, in any format and number of owners. Going after 15 probably means a lot of folks dun goofed

Look at it this way bro, you will have Montee Ball/Lynch/Julio/Jordy/Brandon Marshall/Jeffrey/Bernard/Morris then pick basically back to back so you could have two of those

I've done simulations of me picing #15 out of 16 and IMO I've come away with solid teams. This was one I just did in a 16 team league PPR simulation. I was just fooling around not really paying serious attention so I'm sure there were even better options towards the end...
