Thoughts?
 
Damn good lineup for a 12 man league. I'm not crazy about Ryan but it looks like you got him at good value looking at the rest of your roster.

New England has a better secondary than the Titans, but Clay is more reliable commodity. Are we sure how Andy Reid and Alex Smith will utilize Kelce in KC? Last I checked, thought Fasano was technically still the #1 TE.

Might get lucky and have two RB1. Although Tedford is a deterrent. Foster is good for double-digit TD when healthy.

Am I outta my mind passing up on Shady McCoy?  From what I am reading, he is dealing with turf toe.

I would rather have Charles but his O-line loses 4 guys, and AP does not catch a lot of balls.

Anyone out there think I'm nuts considering Forte?

I can't justify passing on Shady for Forte. Unless you're convinced McCoy is going to miss more than the 5 games he's been out the last five seasons. Peterson is supposed to have an increased role in pass-catching. Charles won weeks (plural) by himself last season. You can't go wrong with Shady, Jamaal Charles, or AP at the top. I have it ranked in that order for PPR formats.

I prefer Hill to all four. I'd rank it Hill, J. Bell, Woodhead (if PPR), Ivory (if not, ahead of Woody), Pierce.

Hope Peterson falls in your lap. Assuming it goes McCoy, Charles, AP, Forte. I'd consider Megatron and Lacy.

Just to add my two cents here. NE has definitely improved defensively, but they will still have trouble covering pass catching TEs. Unless that young buck Collins' can really step up, Clay should eat against NE. 50-75 yards and a tub.

I'm hesitant to do that because I feel it would significantly shift my positional strength and I'd become much weaker at WR in order to solidify my RBs. I would end up dropping Cooper to make room for Cooks and likely also drop Freeman to pick another wideout or a guy like Kelce or Tim Wright.

Roster would be:

QB - Newton
RB - Stacy, Bernard
WR - Johnson, Marshall, Wright
TE - Witten

BENCH - Gerhart, Vereen, Hill, Moreno, Williams, Cooks

Freddie, I like the first deal. You upgraded from Woody. Gerhart offers more than just pass-catching.

Do not like the second deal. I'm very low on Moreno, don't think he'll beat out Miller for reps/touches in Lazor's system.

I would have considered the third offer if you hadn't made the Evans for Moreno swap. Vereen is significantly better than Moreno. You have Evans and Cooks to offset the loss of Garcon, who is not secretly a PPR machine.

Devonta is coming for S-Jax's starting job. Miller is doing the same to Moreno.

You know what to expect from V-Jax and Clay, I prefer the Floyd and Ertz side for upside and potential.

If you want a receiver, Brown then Latimer in that order. For RB, White followed by Dunbar.

Orange Julius is a top-3 TE and Fitz is as consistent and reliable as it gets at the receiver position. You lost this trade, my friend.

Receivers are sick.

Miller or West might be your RB2 over Jennings by season's end.

Parkey is taking Henery's kicking job.

I'm with you. Clay is somewhat undervalued. Tanny's security blanket. Good for 70+ receptions possibly, and in the ballpark of 7 TD. Decent numbers for a guy outside the top-10 at his position.

Kelce is a risk. You can't quantify his value just yet.

yea man you are gonna be hurting at the RB position in the long run. Once cam is healthy you can get some trade value for a rb down the road.

For people who drafted Gordon, I wouldn't drop him just yet. I have him as well and I'm not dropping him until I'm 100% sure that he's not going to take any legal action against the NFL. Supposedly there's word that he will take legal action in the next coming days. I would say hold on to him at least till week 1 starts to see if anything happens, if not then you can safely drop him.

So as soon as he files suit against the NFL he can immediately start playing again as long as the case is going on?
