Who would you guys start b/t VJax and Torrey Smith?


Also, just got an offer of Kendall Wright and R. Wayne for VJax.
My wr core is D. Thomas, Vjax, Torrey & KB. I'm leaning towards declining but I'd like to ask around. VJax has been so underwhelming this far and unless they switch out McCown idk if his production will be there..

I'm currently 8th in waivers, my TE is Rudolph :x, should I prioritize Delanie Walker over rb's Kniles Davis and Khiry Robinson? I got Forte, Leveon Bell, R.Mathews, and Lamar Miller as running backs

I would prioritize Walker, Davis, Robinson in that order.

Delanie is steady production. He's the undisputed TE starter, Whis should use him fairly often as Locker's safety valve.

Davis is only an interim option until Charles' ankle heals. Robinson is in a RBBC even with Ingram down. Sharing with Cadet and Pierre Thomas.

Two games vs. Browns in 2013 for Torrey: 12/163/0.

Two games vs. Falcons in 2013 for V-Jax: 20/303/3. Jackson is the convincing answer.

That's a done deal. Wright racks up numerous receptions, and Reggie is a forgotten, undervalued commodity. Wayne with a healthy 20 targets through two weeks. V-Jax's QB situation a bit uncertain.

Would it change if it was a non-ppr league?

No, I'd risk parting with V-Jax. McCown enduring a frustrating start, not half the QB he was under Trestman. Lovie is defensive-minded, unable to help him in that regard.

I seriously think a healthy Reggie Wayne by himself could have a better season than V-Jax. Runs crisp routes, good hands. Reliable veteran and Luck's best target by far, even over Hilton's upside.

Wright carries upside. He's 24 and on the cusp of something special with Locker, Hunter, Walker, and Whis.

Bradshaw. Trent fumbling twice, how can Pagano trust him? Runs hard, physical for a smaller back. Threat with his pass-catching.

Not sure how I feel about this offer.

I'd drop Ingram before Ry Mathews.

Gore sits. He has the least upside and Arizona's run D is no joke.

I have to start Spiller, too explosive. Second spot goes to Jennings over West. Healthy workload for West against New Orleans, but Baltimore's run D is stout. Houston's pass-rush is serious, but yards can be had on the ground if McAdoo rightfully chooses to establish Jennings to make Eli more comfortable at home.

Not sure how I feel about starting the Seahawks D/ST versus the Broncos. Do I look elsewhere?

Bills, Skins, Giants, and Eagles are the best available

I'd start Seattle DEF at home over those provided options. Only NYG DEF gave me slight pause vs. Texans, but Foster is capable of gashing the Giants on the ground.

Is Davonte Freeman still owned in a lot of leauges?

Thinking about dropping him.  That backfield got too many mouths to feed.

Starting to feel his value comes into play mid-season or later. I've dropped him in a few leagues, to come back later.

Should I drop Big Ben for Kirk Cousins in my standard league?

Right now I have him and Tony Romo and neither have performed well so far. 

Main reason I want to pick up Cousins is due to the NFCe schedule and potential for decent games. 

Yes, I'd take a chance on Cousins' upside with Gruden.

Team looks fine, sometimes you run into bad matchups or the cards don't fall your way. I wouldn't panic. Hurns can be dropped for another RB/WR.

Lacy side wins, I'm not giving up on him after two weeks. He may have been overvalued in preseason, but still a true RB1. Especially more valuable in standard formats than Brown.

Charles is unlikely to play or be effective. High-ankle sprains are no joke, regardless of the athlete you are.

Champ, I see you're high on Ridley and as am I especially this week @ OAK, hopefully  Belichick keeps with the formula and keeps Brady from taking those hits. Down on Davis though? Good runner back to his Arkansas days...you don't think he could flourish in the Andy Reid system?

Never loved him as a Hog, but Davis has been inefficient with the less than 100 carries he's received in the NFL. Not a major threat as a pass-catcher. I much prefer Ridley, he was a second-round pick last year. Minus fumbling, can flourish with offensive balance in New England. White and Vereen feel like less competition as the weeks pass.

What would you guys bid for Geno Smith and Kirk Cousins in a 6pt pass TD league where QBs are flex-able?

I know it's gonna be a feeding frenzy for Cousins but I don't think too many people (if anyone) will go after Smith. I have $180 remaining in my budget. 80 of them are fake money, the rest are real money.

Also having a hard time deciding who to drop. ESPN has Jordan Reed and Jamaal Charles as questionable instead of out, so I can't put them on IR and am gonna be forced to drop someone that I don't want to . I need the QB depth though. Gotta decide between Toby Gerhard, Terrance West, and Andrew Hawkins.

I stashed Cousins in two NT leagues. Felt he was the better fit for Gruden's style, injury to RG3 or not.

I wouldn't drop West, Gerhart, or "Baby Hawk" for Geno. I'd put in a claim to drop Hawkins for Cousins though. A fair wager is just over a third of your fake money budget. I'm suggesting a $30 bid, $40 if your starting QB is not consistent or starter worthy.

Thanks for the advice, Champ. I have Cutler as my QB1. Just traded away Romo in a package deal to acquire AJ Green so I'm left without any other QBs on my roster.

I have claims in for both Cousins and Smith, dropping Hawkins. He was the guy I was most likely gonna drop so I'm a little relieved that you suggested him too . My other WRs are Julio Jones, AJ Green, Michael Floyd, and Brandin Cooks so I think I'll be ok without him. I'm also most likely gonna pick him back up after the trade with Romo/Green is processed since I'll have an empty bench spot.
