Adidas ZX FLUX 2014

At this point it looks liek adidas doesn't want to keep certain models limited

Still no word on the London pair, I like that pair more then any other save the reflective snake.

Also that eu smoke pairs are cool but i swear they need to get over themselves and do black midsoles, even a lilac/purple and pink/burgundy would set both of these designs on fire.

^ they will start using black soles. it seems to be a pretty effective plan. 

nike is doing the same thing with the flyknit racers.  they have only used a white midsole...they are now going to finally make a pair with the volt midsole. 

i think it preserves the longevity of the shoe.  once they have exhausted the white midsole the black/colored pairs will seem like a breath of fresh air.  

if im not mistaken nike has also done this with the roshe
 
For any of the fellas in NYC, Footaction in Roosevelt Field Mall just received their shipment of blackout Flux. I dont know if you guys care anymore lol
 
It's black out season. Are they just releasing at FTA? I noticed FTL and Co doing the weird store exclusivity on Fluxs.

I saw the monochrome Prisms (yawn) at FTL and Champs but not FTA. FTA got the black outs and the other joints from last week.
 
So is everyone mainly going TTS or .5 size down? I wear size 9 in Jordans and 9.5 in basketball (kobe, KD etc) would I do 9 or 9.5 in the Flux?
 
I went half a size down and they're still a bit loose (I have a narrow foot as a reference).

But I've done that with ALL adidas kicks I own, as the diff between the US/UK sizing (on an adidas box) is only a half size as opposed to Nike, for example, where the difference is one FULL SIZE.

For example: an Adidas 8 US is a 7.5 UK.

A Nike 8 US is a 7 UK.

I own close to 280 pairs of nikes size 8. Pretty safe to say that my TTS is an 8 (jordan, AM, SB, Nike Bball).

ALL of my adidas are 7.5.

Take that for whatever it's worth.

I own 2 pairs of adidas (crazy 1 Kobes) and I went half size down to a 9 and they fit super tight I ended up with a size 9.5 and they fit perfect. However I keep reading these run different and are def a half size down.

I am a size 11.5 in Jordans and a size 12 in Kobe's, LeBron's, KD's.

I bought a Size 12 in the New Medias when they first came out, and there was definitely ample space in the toebox.  When I say that, I mean the shoe is still wearable, you just can't do any jogging or running in them.  In short, I wish I went with an 11.5.

So I would suggest you go with your JB size.

I'm actually starting to feel like others have said in here about how the ZX Flux has run its course. And to me, that even includes all of the spin-off Fluxes (Tech, 2.0, etc.). And even with the MiAdidas Flux and the Flux app, I don't feel like I'll order/buy many more pairs, if any.
 
I have one pair and I like them just the heel plate looks wack and the sole is meh
..definitely not as comfortable as some people claim but a nice shoe for >100$

Not sure that's 100% accurate. Been seeing a lot of people wearing them in LA. I have two pairs and will def buy more later
 
I think it's funny when people base what they choose to wear/buy based on what OTHER people are wearing around them. As a grown man, I can't fade that. Teenagers/youngins I understand. Peer pressure is overwhelming. But over 23-24 yrs old? Cmon breh. Lol

Yeah it makes me laugh when I see posts asking opinions on IF they should buy something based on looks or hype. Buy what you want, kids.

You been missin out man. Restocks have been all over the place for like the last two weeks lol. PM me if you want the number of a small shop near me that got them in stock last week. They're not very busy so I doubt they are all gone by now. They take phone orders and shipping is free...
 
nice. i was debating on ordering those too, but ill wait for the black woven. i dont know why the black and the navy arent available yet, since the onyx is.
