Damn i wanted these bad today. More because i knew how nice they were put together. It was a chance to get them for retai


How would you guys feel about the volts if the black pair never came out?? If this was the first pair? if i never had the black pair i would hve never known how nice they were, how well they were made. I definitley wanted these today but more as just to have a second pair for 200. They are so comfortable. What do you guys think. Do you think this pair had its own hype or was it feeding off the black ??

I always wanted something like this color way as I am a huge fan of soccer boots but I hated the fact they always came with cleats attached... the way I think of these are exactly what I think nike had in mind when they created these a high quality soccer boot you can wear casually. With the black pair I feel like it came off as a lifestyle model. Don't get me wrong I still prefer the black ones but I feel this colorway is for soccer fans because of the neon boot trend that's happening in soccer. Nike is capitalizing off of that and using these to probably test the market.

LOLNO. They're HTMs and they released on a Saturday. Obviously they would sell out immediately regardless of whether they were soccer crap or not
 
Easy day in NYC, think people were scared of the volt.

Walked to 21 Mercer at 11:05, 4 people in line ahead of me. Got my size.

Train over to Dover Street at 11:2, got my size. Back up pair.

guy said there was between 25-30 people at 9:30... what happened...
 
i wish i was in NYC this morning..whatever its always easier to cop in NY..no matter what it is..theres so many stores...oh they dnt have it ill just go there...oh no luck ill walk down the st and peep this place..but sounds like there wasn't too many people lined up for these?

I really wasn't planning to even try at 21 Mercer as the line get way too out of control. Had a coffee a block away, and some passed with bags. Asked him how the line was, and he said go no you should be fine.

Guy in front of me at Mercer said DSM got them too, so I bought my pair and headed straight over.

Sorry online was a mess... thought that was going to be my only chance too.
 
I always think 21mercer is the same place as the dover street?? Can you give me the address or something I can google it? I try to go there but can't find address so end up thinking it the same store. Thanks.

Google Dover St Market NY. They have a website. It's on Lexington Ave.
 
either they made more volts than blacks or resellers went in on the volts cause ebay is filled with these... compared to the blacks when they dropped.

Only people on line with me were resellers lol. They though they were gonna get 500 i told them be happy with 350. 
 
The black pair is better looking...most people kept them. Once sellers saw resell value on the few tht were on ebay people thought the volt would be the same

So without checking eBay and other sites (I'm on my phone), what's a REALISTIC resell value for the volts? 350-425? I know the blacks go for 400 and rightfully so.

Yeah about $325 to $380 definitely not $400.

seen the blacks go for 500 on a bid...i guess depends on size..if someone has your size and u want the shoe u get thirsty i guess lol 
 
Blacks go for like $400 mostly

If be surprised if the Volts crack $300 as many as are for sale

Lots more resellers hip to this release.
I'm glad I have the blacks :wink:
