Assuming those grays are gone from the outlets by now? Which outlet in SoCal you cop from if you don't mind sharing. Close stone to me is in orange but sure they prob won't have

FWIW, just talked to a buddy that works in one of Nike's soccer divisions. We started talking about the mercs and he mentioned 008 was slated to be released in April '16. I asked him if there was a release date and he told me that some shoes only have a general release time, but it can change depending on certain "factors."

Did anyone else get the SNKRS notification about Free Mercs releasing today? I got the reminder yesterday that it was releasing at 6am PST and then the 15min til reminder in the morning. The link took me to a near-blank page with just one paragraph describing the shoe, no picture or anything like that, but I was assuming it was the painted midsole one. I was half asleep when I opened the notification and accidentally left the screen and couldn't find the page again... that and the fact that nobody else has posted about it is making me feel like I imagined the whole thing.

Fragment or not they still ugly. I will admit they are extremely comfy since I owned the black/white/gum pair but sold them after one wear cuz the sole is ugly as hell. They still might sit. Just guessing from the way those Fragment Air Trainer 1s sat but who knows

I feel like Nike realised they sucked after producing them so the stuck a fragment logo on the heel tab & insole so they can sell a few more at retail before they inevitably hit the outlets.
