idk if you can say that any of those teams, except indy and miami, really took a step back. the magic, wolves, and kings didnt do much last season anyway. they didnt lose any major pieces either. yeah, kings lost isiah, but eh i dont think it was a HUGE loss. lakers lost pau, but they werent gonna make any noise either. the blazers and rockets remained neutral really. ariza for parsons IMO is a better move since they need someone that can actually play D on the wing, because we all know how good haren is on that end. they were also smart to drop lin and asik. indy and miami definitely took a step back. pacers are just dysfunctional and offering bosh the max was not a good move.
