Do you mean the deal they gave KD? According to his Forbes article, it seems like LeBron is just at the point of breaking even with his contract.

It wouldn't surprise me if this is the case for the original KD deal. His first four shoes retailed sub $100 and didn't pick up steam until the KD IV. Heck, I don't even know of any retailers outside of FTL and FNL that picked up the first two shoes. The KD IIIs had a wider release and more colorways but they were way behind Kobe and Lebron sales.

This is interesting. I don't know too much about this but some of it doesn't make sense. I'm not sure how Nike is just breaking even with LeBron's deal. UA is worth crazy money and has been growing the last two years, I don't know how the KD deal would do the damage that he's saying. How did Rose's line sell 40 mil last year? I never see anyone wearing them and every color hits the outlet.

Also, were those figures just shoes or their clothing line as well?

I think what he is getting at is that a company like Nike generally intends to spend 12%-13% of its sales (wholesale numbers) on marketing. Going by the previous years' sales, the amount paid to Lebron per year has been exceeding this 12%-13%, meaning they are spending more money than they would want to allot for marketing. But I think that Nike's profit margins are so high that they can take a hit in the marketing area and still not be losing money. If he considers cutting into their profit margin as losing money, then yeah, I guess.

Not much to be honest, I just heard the Suns are meeting with Bledsoe tonight according to some employee at a restaurant in Scottsdale AZ.

Don't know if it's legit or not, but it could be Bledsoe letting the Suns know he's taking the QO or the Suns up their offer, which I think would be insane.
