OFFICIAL Nike Air More Uptempo OG BLK/WHT 414962-002 APRIL 2016

It just hit me that my two favorite sneakers of all time are re-releasing in the same year - these (the sneaker that got me into collecting sneakers) and the Space Jam 11's. What a time to be alive haha
 
I will never forget when these first dropped. Still just as dope today! I was in 7th grade I think. Now 32 and a whole new generation of kids get to rep them. Still got a DS size 13 Olympic color scheme from 2009 I believe

Yep, I'm in the same exact boat as you bro. I remember all the "cool kids" rocking these on the first day of school on the bus. To this day they have to be one of my favorite "nostalgic" nikes. Wish I would've kept my Olympics but they were thrashed. Definitely gonna recop multiple color ways if they all drop. Need the black, white and Olympics.
 
^^ I feel you. I actually pulled them out the other day and saw I always keep receipt in my boxes. So it was the plympics I bought at foot action with discount. Came to like 165 shipped. They are like 500 on flight club now. Love the number 8 on the back from pippen dream team jersey! Only thing with Olympic pair is I wear 13. So the air is even bigger! They are huge. Still love them.
Black will at least look a bit smaller.
I always remember the black and white as the true color way. Just cause it was the first and I'll never forget the first time I saw them.

I was deep into kix back then and only got worse as I got older.
But these will always be in my memory because they had that effect like
Foams, Payton's, obviously Jays, rodmans, kemp and his reign man reeboks, iversons

Grew up in the golden age of sneakers. Lucky to be in junior high/high school in that time. Best kix and best hip hop. (Well a lot of each!!)

But def happy 20 or so years later they are being retro made & there are tons of sick new models. Plus the old cats still are crushing beats and a whole new generation of youth making good music.

There was some suspect years in there and there will always be garbage in both kix and music. But I have hope. As there is heat in both worlds again. Sorry for the nostalgia off topic talk but. Not really!

I was in 6th or 7th grade and I remember too how exclusive you had to be to have these because they were sooo expensive back in the day. I had the white ones with the carolina blue in the air chamber... Is that right? because a girl in my class that I liked had them in that CW and I wanted to match her... Smh

Really hope that nubuck or whatever material that was is on point and that these arwn't brick heavy

same here, i was in 6th grade, loved them and my #1 shoe all time still.  cant wait for these.
 
Saw that on Balts Instagram. Heavens of mercy...where, where...? (to me it looks like a Foot Action)

From a Nike basketball nostalgia perspective...2K4's, AM CB34's and Air More Tempo's all back on the same shelf. :smokin

No, unfortunately it's not just you. There's suppose to be a white piece of leather that goes all the way down on the Og's . Also missing the black check. It's not the same shoe that we wore when we were kids, just like the 2010's. Don't want to be that guy lol. but I can't say i'm impressed.  heading to the only fl that has them now

By looking at the pics, looks like the Air Bubble shrunk. Still need to see these in person.
 
Man, I just got denied. The way the guy looked at his associate was real funky looking....like he knew what i was looking for and acted like he didn't know. Somethings not right about that.
 
They're probably too lazy to put it up right away, don't know what they are called so they just say no or shipment was delayed.
 
These better have a large release soon, or online. No FTL in New England is getting them
