Mens vs Women sizing.

Hi, Sorry if this is in the wrong board but im still kinda new here so not sure where to post this.

My fiancee wears a Womens UK 6 and I want to get her some White AF1's (classic gift... right?), but im not sure exactly how the sizing  differences are between Men UK and Women UK, I've been all over Google and I cant find a solid answer, I get the same amount of "its the same sizes" as I do "go 1.5 sizes down", so I thought I would ask in the actual Nike thread. Hopefully someone here can relate to my problems, or at least know someone who does, and give me a straight up answer so I don't look like a spaz and get some clown shoes for her.

I guess my actual question is, If I get her some Mens size AF1 which size should I get?

I think for women you subtract 1.5 a size from there actual size and that's how you get the men size. So get her a 4.5 in uk mens. I think....

I was hoping that wouldnt be the case, pretty sure they dont do a "4.5 mens". I would take her to a store but the closest decent sneaker store is 20miles away... #UKProblems

I was looking at GS sizes as apparently they cross over? But I heard the quality of the shoe isn't as great, as they are made for small feet. For the extra £15 I'd rather cop an adult pair
