Ronda vs Floyd - Who Wins?

For any MMA fighter vs Boxer, I think it depends on if they can get the takedown. Same case here. Her boxing isn't that good, so there's no way she stands and boxes with him.
 
Under MMA rules Floyd has a good chance if he can keep her of him and keep his hip under hers.

Under boxing rules. Ronda has not a chance in hell.

And she won Bronze at the Olympics, Judo offers 2 Bronze medals too, not gold.

Ronda Floyd is about her size maybe smaller. One leg kick or take down and he is done.

Well I could also say if Ronda misses a takedown and Floyd lands one counter right, Ronda is done.

I know for a fact that I can't beat some of these woman up .. ******* train and can fight ... they don't be handing out jujitsu belts out to just anyone ...

Im sure if its some boxing match I can hold my own but these MMA **** is something different ..

but I guess because you are a dude you can automatically beat a woman up ... smh!

Difference: Rihanna caught hands in a private setting, Rousey entertained the same hypothetical in an interview.
 
I think for me it comes down to Floyd isn't trained on how to counter ground game or takedowns. So once she catches him it's over. Where as can Floyd one hit Ko her with a punch? Probably not. It's take a few good ones ( anybody can get knocked out but I mean is he at Tyson or heavy weight level with his blows?)

LOL at anybody saying Ronda would win.  She wouldn't be able to close the distance without getting tagged by Floyd.  Y'all got to remember, just cause she does MMA doesn't mean she can beat a professional boxer even if it goes to the ground.  She looks awesome in the UFC and to viewers because the talent pool for her competition sucks.  And look at Mayweather's record or beating women, it's impeccable.  

One of her opponents had a refreshing perspective when she was asked who she likes to watch fight.  Though she mentioned a few women, she indicated she predominantly liked watching men's MMA.  Her reason? Women can only do so much compared to men based on physiology, basically saying that the ability of the men is insane compared to what women are capable of doing.
 
Floyd can't KO her. He hasn't KOd anyone in a long time. He's not that type of fighter. He's an Olympic style aka for points, type of fighter though so it's never been a problem.

Ronda is reaching her prime Floyd is on a decline. Floyd hasn't knocked anyone out since Ricky. There isn't much running in the octagon. If James Toney couldn't even land a punch I doubt Floyd would win. Go watch Toney vs Coutoure different fighters same outcome. MMA fighters are too versatile different kind of animals.
