for chest....................look into reverse grip bench press

will really build that upper chest, i love it.................i have not done regular incline in a while ive subsituted with this

Since we're on the subject of different grips... For as long as I remember, I've been using a suicide grip. I'm accustomed to it and it just feels more natural to me than a close grip with my thumb. Does suicide grip, in any way, redirect the load to where it would redirect the load to a specific area of my chest like if you were to do a reverse grip, per say.

also............hank do you drink alcohol an if so how much?

im not a drinker, thats personal choice for several reasons.............but if one is serious about getting cut i advise temporary cutting the alcohol

I've had plenty of teammates who were cut but drank a few times a week

you missed the part where i said "if so how much"

so what is it you dont believe exactly?

also i said if youre serious about getting cut temporary............also teammates must also mean they are very athletic

im talking about hank scorpio your avg joe who works many hours on wall street

there are many variables when it comes to fitness we are not all equal, everyone equal is BS an we also live diff lifestyles.

I believe if you have time to work out alcohol isn't going to make you less cut especially if you avoid eating a big meal after a night of drinking

we can agree to disagree

alcohol hinders gainz IMO an it does nothing for my natural Test levels

or my liver or kidneys.......i meani can really go in depth with it an throw out plenty of other terms............look you dont gotta be like that thats a personal choice i choose, moderate drinking isnt bad imo. many ppl i know dont do it also but then again they are into fitness more than avg person also

i just dont have a reason to drink

Haven't drank any kind of alcohol for more than 30 days. I hardly ever drink to be honest. If I do drink, it's socially and I never get "drunk". I'd say if I went out, I'll probably have a beer or two and maybe 1-2 shots.

This probably happens 2-3 times a months when I go out.
 
one of the healthiest guys in the NBA does not drink alcohol

ever heard of a guy named Ray Allen? wow, i gotta sleep.

What is/was your routine because I have a similar frame to that, I want just a little more mass and tone like that. And do you use protein shakes etc?
 
Well screw him, all i want is his calves

yes his calves are awesome

perfect example of we are not all equal, thank got i got calves..........calves is one of those things are DEF genetic imo.........i know guys who really train them, i actually dont train mine.
