I think to add to everything, a lot of minorities just wind up in ghetto areas in Europe and live the social welfare life. My Muslim family members in America are substantially more well off than my family in Europe. So a lot of people just have the sentiment that foreigners, particularly from Muslim countries just go in and leech off the system that they created for the native people of their own country.

As far as hate towards Muslims go from my personal experiences here, I think it's something that's more of an issue behind closed doors than in public. Particularly now with the blatant agenda in the media and finding "intelligent" and "scientific" ways to bash the religion of Islam instead of the individuals who misuse it and manipulate people with it.

IMO the hate for Muslims is far worse here in North America compared to Europe. The media there doesn't paint a bad picture on Muslims as of here. Never once have I been detained or harassed entering any European countries, but over here there some bridges I wont cross to enter America cause ill be detained. Heck the detained my aunt for 8hrs when she tried to cross buffalo from Toronto and she is an American citizen.

Watching this Yellow Subs vs Espanyol off the dvr... The other Barcelona team's Caicedo second goal was nice. The turn on 2 defenders then getting it within an inch past the keeper.

Got damn, Espanyol's Victor Sanchez put the dagger in the Yellow Subs heart with another goal. Great passing & movement on the buildup to that goal.

Da Gawd has been suspended for 4 games over his angry rant about France. His punishment doesn't begin until April 14th so Ibra will be available to play this Saturday in the Coupe de la Ligue final against Bastia.

I've lived in England for a number of years and I've encountered way more racism from people in the states.

Ibra might be getting tired of France. Come back to Italy, come to Roma!  Come to America!

All week I was reading reports of him being fit, ready and in training

. Any expected lineup changes? LVG seems to have found his preferred starting XI but I wouldn't mind seeing ADM inserted back into the lineup but I don't know who I'd sacrifice

.

Apparently Real won Ronaldo's appeal so he'll be able to play against Eibar.

Looks like Costa will miss the next 4 Chelsea games due to injury. Hope this means variant Hubert Davis gets to play more.

Looking forward to seeing what Barca can do against Sevilla at home. Sevilla is #5 in the Liga table & 1 point behind #4 Valencia. This will be a reall big test for the Blaugrana.

Also looking forward to seeing Dortmund go to 3rd place Monchengladbach. Watching the top of the Bundesliga table just below Bayern has been fun this campaign. Also watching the relegation battle has produced some good football.

The more I think about it, Yoshinori Muto needs to go ot Bundesliga. His ability to score goals & create in open space is phenomenal. He'd thrive in Germany I think.

I've never seen Muto play but I already know he'd never see the field at Chelsea so I'll agree with you just off of the strength of that. And that's not to say he can't play either.

Asians have always been great/accepted well in the Bundesliga. I believe they import the most of any other European country.

And to Beans' question... Yes I speak Spanish, I'm Mexican, but the first thing that came to mind to your question was Robben getting away with this LOL.

On my phone if someone can fix this

How is my dude Keisuke Honda doing at Milan?

He started off the campaign well by netting 4 goals by the end of the first week of Oct. But like Milan, he's been dragging ever since. The biggest problem is Inzaghi has been playing Honda as a right winger instead of a trequartista role centrally where Honda is most comfortable playing.

Through 23 appearances for Milan, Honda has 6 goals & 2 assists. :\

As bad as Milan is playing, he should try playing Honda in his preferred role to see what would come of it but with Inzaghi's back firmly against the wall, he's not taking any chances I guess.

Muto is the type of player you just don't leave alone in the final 3rd... He will rock a goal from anywhere if you lay off him in that area (at least in the J league)...

Edit - I love that word, trequartista. I so seldom get to use it... (just like Elle Driver's gargantuan...)
