I'm beyond disappointed in United.. how in the world do we follow up one of the worst seasons in club history with this kind of summer. How can we start this season with a weaker squad? I understand the value commercially with Woodward, but the man is not suited for transfers. Not to mention we haven't moved any of our dead weight aside from Bebe.. I feel like maybe the glazers feel LVG can pull a fergie and be successful with minimal financial injection but this is crazy. Yes we signed Shaw and herrera but Woodward also had a yr to work on both and still paid over the odds.. It pains me to see such a huge club being ran with such mediocrity. Even if we manage to sign big names, the fact he couldn't get this done before the start of the season is ridiculous.. he is going to sabotage another campaign. /endRANT

Not for the EPL.

I never understood this. Why doesn't the EPL give us the gif/video thru their website or release the highlight on YouTube (from a designated channel like the NBA) Add an advertisement in the beginning, we'd still watch. It can make them and other leagues millions.

Instead they clamp down and waste millions of dollars on keeping it away from the internet and then teams add big Chevy Logos to jerseys for a revenue stream.

Man You all should know I love Roma by now but man you sure as hell love you some Benatia. I will say after losing Marquinhos to PSG I never thought we'd replace him with someone as solid as him. He was great with Udinese but who wold have thought? Roma has some great scouts.

Marquinhos did well at Roma but Benatia is 10 times better than Marquinhos was while at Roma.

Aside from midfielders, I always loved great play from defenders like Puyol, Lahm, Lillian Thurman, Cafu, Alessandro Nesta (when he wasn't injured), Paolo Maldini ...

The next woman's world cup will be played in canada apparently on all turf fields.  I didn't know that.  And I completely agree with them that its a different game on turf.  I hope they win because honestly it is a disservice to them to make them play on anything other then natural grass

Bias aside, I'm predicting Atleti will repeat as La Liga champs.

On my b-day night, met a guy from Madrid on the subway. Sent shots as an Atleti supporter, called RM the Yankees of Spain. Then we cracked a 6-pack of Red Stripe.

Kit was wayyy to heavy for him.

Him and Nani ripping down the wings was enjoyable to watch, short as it lasted.

I don't know if this is Levy's attempt at capturing some of the american market with the hot player of the MLS right now, but I hope dude breaks through as a starter. It's crazy to jump from MLS to the EPL without proving your worth anywhere in europe.

Had he gone to, say, the erevidise as gained momentum there, he would definitely become a starter transferring to the EPL, but he went straight to the EPL. We'll just wait and see.
I posted that Jimenez was officially an Atletico player, but theres very little people on here that post and fallow mexican transfers. Very scum like from America to demand a cut form his share of the transfer to move out.

That's just low... But, it's the mexican league, I expect nothing less than a scumbag move...
