idk if youve ever been lied to before but if somone says their shoes are legit, doesnt mean they really are. you godda look at them
 
just compared them to my 2003 pair, and holy ish. i was clearly looking at these through rose-colored lenses. no way nike quality check slipped that far. i did some research beforehand, i only had one pic of each shoe to go off of when i bought them though, and i didnt really take the time to inspect them last night. figured it was worth a flyer on them for $100. i honestly didnt know fakes had gotten that good, i looked up some pics before like i said, and they all had the black jumpman, didnt have the correct box etc. so i guess i just thought if they looked pretty good they must be legit.

well i feel awfully stupid now. i appreciate all the help fam, i probably wouldnt have even given them a second thought if you all hadn't said anything. now i'm gonna have to go through the process to get my money back. luckily i did it through paypal. i think i will be taking a hiatus for a while. thanks for your help gents, those who were helpful. i should know by now too good to be true is never true |I

my man said he taking a hiatus... my bad, but that made me :lol: but all jokes aside don't let it get u down like that bruh. like someone said, at least u only dropped $100 and u bout to get it back so u good u gotta just take it as a lesson. take more time to inspect the goods, know what ur buying and do ur research before u choose just some ol "anybody" seller. this has happened to us all at some point. :wink:

appreciate the kind words, but i got a new semester starting and all tomorrow, plan to do more stuff year around campus so its not the worst idea for me to take a little break from the kicks, focus a little more on the important stuff in life.

agree 100% ^ tried to cop a pair off the bay for 500 last week went up to 650

Finally tracked down a deadstock pair from 2011, quality isn't terrific, but happy to have them anyways.
