I mean, I want to come for the 29th for the Horseshoe but highly doubt she's down to hike to Columbus.
If you can, you should go the OSU-MSU on the 8th in EL.

Don't waste your money watching this terrible team

If you're going to be in AA in November mine as well plan on a basketball or hockey game.

I guess word should come soon that the ND 5 are done for the year and can reapply for 2015 if they choose to. Davaris and Russell will just go pro I'd assume.

I'll be stunned if Brian Kelly is still at ND 2-3+ years from now.

Why? Kelly's been holding down top classes and winning 8-12 (tho the 12 game season is his only double figure year) games a year. He's escaped the death and the academics. Unless another major legal or moral scandal comes down what would cause Notre Dame dump him any time soon?

I'd guess that the boosters hate him, aside from the winning. Especially with ND being so image conscious.

No, I don't mean ND dumping him. I mean him moving on. I wouldn't want to deal with the administration if I were him. He kept it PC during this process but you can tell he was not happy with how it dragged out.

He's easily the best thing to happen to ND since Holtz. Hope I'm wrong and it is his final stop.

The man can coach!

If he's smart he puts some feelers out for the Miami & UF gigs.

If Kelly moves wouldn't be the pros be the move? I don't follow CFB obviously that much but I don't see that much appeal in a Miami move.

Always an appeal with the ridiculous amount of talent in the area, but he would doubt Miami could appeal in terms of facilities, $$$, and support when he's been at ND. He could kill it at UF though.

NSFW: It's Meltdown Time! Week Six

20141004_kkt_ah2_073.jpg.0_standard_783.0.jpg

This week's edition of our shameless revelry in the misery of others... and ourselves?

Well, well, well. After an admittedly slow and subpar week for meltdowns, the college football world was turned on its ear this week as several highly ranked teams complete with ridiculous fanbase expectations went down in flames, leaving both Mississippi schools in the top 5 while Arizona and TCU round out the top ten. There were many worthy meltdown contenders this week, but we decided on the most highly ranked to lose: Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, and, of course, Alabama. As always, the language below is not suitable for work or anyone who is easily offended. If things like swearing, insensitivity, homophobia, et al affect you too much I recommend that you point your browser elsewhere. You have been warned.

Hearing from several students who attended Schlissel's fire chat that he signaled AD needs a culture change. Read into that what you will.

By AD I mean athletic department. Was a question about whether that meant a change in leadership, and Schlissel did not rule it out.
