FUNKO POP! VINYL THREAD (FUNTKO FACTION) STRANGER THINGS HAVE HAPPENED...

Vaulted GoT pops are more likely to increase in value because so many characters have interesting plot twists or just die (see Hodor) then EVERYONE decides they need that pop now and it's only available on eBay pretty soon after.

A good way to learn what pops will be sought after is to look where the pop is still available once it's vaulted. Once they announce the new GoT pops for season 7 they also announce which pops are carried over and what's vaulted. If it's only on PC or another overseas retailer, chances are when that stock runs out that's it. That's why I bought a bunch of Robb Starks was because I saw he was ONLY on PC, vaulted, and I called it then he was gonna rise in price.

And y'all laughed at me for buying 24 GITD Night King in the same scenario. He's still up on PC but let's see what happens when he disappears and then shows up in an epic battle next year and everyone realizes they want him.

I would guess either because some are old and been out awhile. Or just some didnt sell. Kinda creates hype.

But in all honesty. Collecting isnt as simple as getting exclusives and hype beasting because a lot of the higher price items now were GRs.
And the truly exclusive stuff is the con stuff.

Part of the problem now is the value game is so unpredictable. Which makes people basically grab everything. (The easy exclusives like target/HT/walgreems/walmart/Bam) and demanding 20/30$ even tho there had been plenty to go around initially.

But take reg goku. When i first got in the game he was 25..didnt want to pay that at the time but he was no where to be found. Then ht got that massive restock. But it was still worth about 20.
1 year later hes worth about 50+. But he was def around.

Its just getting to the point people are paying for stickers....
BvS 2 pack kills me the most with that. Nycc 2 pack worth 200. Its the GR pieces just in the 2 pack box and the nycc sticker......

Yet the metallic and GITd are both worth under 30..... (hell sold my gitd for 18. Last week) how does that even remotely make sense that a metallic and a GITD variant is worth less than the 2 GRs that were put together???

This is why im not an inbox fanatic.

But you have to just buy what u like while theyre out. That way ur not back pedaling for stuff u missed out on. But if u ever want to get out the game its there to do it and possibly worth it. This is why i dont pay over 30 for a pop.. i never planning on selling my collection.

And when I die. My kids/grandkids/ wife. Will probably either donate it to the salvation army or sell it at a yardsale for 5 bucks each.

Its just like any other collecting game
These are only worth the value u give to them. These give me nostalgia and just a good feeling having what entertains me around me all the time but none are worth me missing a bill over.
 
^Hes like the Darkseid/Thanos of DBZ right? Basically immortal and the biggest enemy? I'm not big on DBZ but I remember him.
