For me there was an option to complete order with credit balance or complete order with credit card.

Wasn't required. I didnt enter a CC as well.. if your order was under 12.99, it was free.

On the checkout page, just hit Order Now or whatever and don't add cc info. I also got away with it

You guys who only ordered 1-2 are better than me. For FREE Pops, I would be making 10+ accounts and try to scoop as many as I can without thinking.

I was gonna stick to Unmasked Kylo Ren, but then I saw Rey with Lightsaber and thought f it why not.
