Wrestling Thread Aug 25-Sep 7 | 9/1 RAW - Happy Labor Day - Super Cena Has Returned

Am I missing something? :nerd:

Just being hyper sensitive to perceived racist undertones. I would think as a social media manager you might be a little hyper sensitve to what might be perceived as racist when posting on facebook a few weeks after an incident involving racism got someone fired.
How many young WWE fans on facebook know who Stevie Ray is let alone that he is Booker's sibling?

what's up with Dolph's knee? seems like he's holding it all the time...is this guy going to get shafted again bc of an injury?

-As we noted last night, filming for the new WWE Studios movie “Lockdown” is expected to finish on September 20th, meaning Dean Ambrose could be available for WWE’s Night of Champions PPV.

The Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, the site of the upcoming WWE PPV, is listing Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose as a team for the event, making it possible we could see Reigns and Ambrose vs Seth Rollins and Kane.

-According to PWInsider.com, Batista’s future in WWE was a hot topic backstage in WWE over the weekend, and with the massive success of “Guardians of the Galaxy,” his career as a full-time player in WWE might be over.

When Batista left WWE months ago to begin media hype for “Guardians,” the plan was for him to return to WWE story lines once the media died down, which was rumored to be around SummerSlam time, but of course that did not happen. Backstage talk in WWE over the weekend and at Raw yesterday is that Batista might not be returning to WWE at all depending on future movie offers and the continued success of “Guardians.”

Another factor in the equation is the risk of Batista suffering an injury in the ring, which could have an impact on movie roles he might land. Batista has already signed on to appear in the “Guardians” sequel, and it’s expected many more movie offers will come his way given the major success of the Marvel movie. Batista is no longer being looked at as an actor who appears in low budget indy movies, and similar to the situation The Rock found himself in, movie studios might be hesitant to cast Batista in a blockbuster if he is actively wrestling.

Caught RAW...Cena looked pretty good doing his Lesnar impersonation on Bray

 ...this is basically what happened to Umaga, got build up huge, Cena extinguished him, and we was in the midcard. Unfortunately for Bray, there's no deep midcard division where he could flourish

Damien Sandow portrayed the Miz gimmick better than the Miz ever has. Even pulled off the Figure 4 Leg Lock without a hitch.
