did i say that? im sure i didnt. epps was #1 for the role since it was ever imagined period. the only reason nick was being considered is cuz mike got into it with RP's wife if im not mistaken. marlon has & was never seriously considered imo hes tied up with his own movies anyway

I don't think any of them (Cannon, Epps or Wayans) are actually funny, but I do think Epps is the best choice. I kinda feel like he deserves the chance

in that respect id agree cant remember seeing marlon nor nick do stand up but its a lil different cuz they all got "on" different marlon clearly because he's in a family of funny *** people so it was a given for him, nick was on all that & branched off from there so they never really needed that stand up fire to get em going

I just hope Epps can nail down the voice of Pryor. Not that it's a hard thing to imitate but I don't really see him as a voice character comedian. Wish Eddie Murphy would do this but he doesn't look like Pryor at all.

He acted liked he was on something IMO
he acted like how I see dopefiends act in the hood
