2015 NY Knicks offseason thread, Los Almighty appreciation thread

Bored at work so trying to kick up some discussions. What do you think about Reggie Jackson or Rudy gay coming to NY. And I don't think we'd Mathews meant to put that 1 in front of the 5.

I'd trade the #4 pick, Caldo, THJr and Early for Boogie.

No Reggie Jackson and Rudy Gay.

We need a SF that can guard the perimeter and PG that's not selfish about getting his shine.

Agreed with all of these sentiments completely

Also something to consider that works in our favor. I dont think that SacTown would ever willingly trade their franchise player to the Lakers.

If they trade him they are much more likely to send him East. But even if they do send him to the West, they wont trade him to the team that they hate the most, plays in their division, and has had their number ever since they arrived in Sacramento.

I dont see that happening even if the Lakers do have more assets than we do. Get Denver involved and make a 3 way happen.

are we sure we want d. cuz on the knicks? I thought the perception of him is that he is a center version of j.r smith and then we are considering bringing him into this city that never sleeps?

You don't think Reggie Jackson will settle down and be more of a team player once he gets his contract? I feel he was just trying to show out for a contract.

I'm good. Son seriously thought he was better than Russ

He played very well last season and showed more maturity as well. One of the best if not the best big men in the league. I'd take the chance.

Would you guys take Danny Green on a reasonable deal?

3 point assassin with good length for defense (paws)

When was the last time a super athletic PG led his team to a championship? I'm gonna go and say never.

Give me a smart crafty PG over a super athletic one.

Spoke to Larry Brown recently, who said Knicks were very interested in his opinion of Mudiay in the triangle. Had high praise for ex-recruit
