I would take Danny Green on this team in a second. But just like everything, it all depends on what happens on draft night and what holes we need to fill via free agency.
Right now, I dont consider 2 guard to be much of a priority. But it depends on if we keep the pick and fill a need or trade the pick and fill 2 needs or whatever the circumstances might be.
But if we have the cap space to use, I would happily sign Green to a reasonable deal. Veteran presence who started on a championship team, local kid, plays good D, and knocks down 3s consistently. It would also allow us to move THJR to a 6th Man/good-JR type of role, where he is probably best suited right now. THJR could be a very good 6th man and he could learn a lot from Green and potentially surpass him as the starter in a couple of years. Regardless, I like the Green/THJR 2 guard duo. Solid dynamic. But I wouldnt make it a priority.

i'm not buying this new era garbage. this new nba narrative that's being glorified in the media. **** that ****. you know what wins? balanced teams. great defense, good shooting, good scorer on the block, solid ball movement. that's how you win championships.

Not a traditional PG, more of a combo guard, but Iverson led the sixers to the champ series with a girls Hs gym class. LOL

They were flawed by their lack of a star player you can count on to get buckets. Hence why I'm so adamant about keeping Melo.
