So what's your next big move?

Getting mentally prepared for the oil fields in North Dakota.
It's gonna be work, but $80k/yr with no degree sounds worth it to me

im not familiar with them, but will you working all year round or just like 4-6 months?

wrong

We were able to save up $22,000 this year for our Hawaii/Lake Tahoe/California vacation in a short amount of time.
And I can see how one might misread that statement, but he also said this to clarify what he was saying to you.

Out of the 22k that I saved up, we only used 10k of this year... the rest went into our savings or will be used towards our next vacation.

Makes sense?
So from my understanding he didnt save 22k just for the vacation nor did he even use the entire 22k on one vacation.\

But its all good. Not really a big deal.

My next big move is marrying the love of my life on Oct 25th.

congrats...can I come?

October 2nd I will he driving cross country to south Carolina, I also have about 3k for music equipment so I can start recording, I'm so hyped, this move couldn't of come at a better time, my job is pissing me off, I work for a casino who spends money on nonsense but not upgrading its sound system and whatnot, then they wonder why this place will never be Vegas.

Currently saving up to quit work in December and start the Police academy in January.

I'm going in as a non-affiliate so I'm paying for the academy. There are lots of openings in Northern California and I have some connections in a few departments so it all depends on what is available closer to graduation.

land a firm and steady job, nothing here is concrete yet

Stop procrastinating and take my FE exam so I can be an EIT and get started with the 3 years experience required for my PE ASAP. Stack some bread up and figure out a side hustle/something to invest in so my money can multiply.

U still in school^?

I def gotta get on my FE steez, I'm aiming for passing it senior year

Graduated in May. Definitely take it while you're in school. I should have but procrastination got the best of me. I've heard the longer you wait to take it the harder it is.

trying to get paid a lot more. Making a move from the government over to the private sector. gonna see what that's like and save a little bit more hopefully. network a bit and then make my next transition in a couple years.

Moved to Houston Texas from the Maryland.

Just about to leave my retail job I had all through college and start training to become a professional wrestler.

Right now try to start build 50 iPhone android apps.. Right now counting on $1.00 a day revenue per app.. maybe it will be more more them likely maybe less

but if I can get the $1.00 a day per app that is an extra $1500 a month which can pay another vacation house note..

I'm learning how to build simple apps and games myself so it will be pure profit.

I could pay some on cheap but that will probably be at least $1000 per app. it will take me few years to recoup my money if I bank on $1.00 a faybper app ads or paid. but imnsure the apps and games will do more them $1.00 per day. beck atleast one of the apps or game will get popular and bring in a lot more per day like $20 per day which is $6000 a month.

money is too easy out here.. very easy to make
