Not as disgusting when you consider the pace of the game. The 1961-62 Celtics averaged 114 field goal attempts per game. Wilt's Warriors averaged 112. To put that in perspective, the Warriors this year average 87. Imagine the stat lines we'd see if teams attempted 20-25 more shots than they do today.

Just saw the DJ play....[emoji]128514[/emoji] CP's reaction adds on two more [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji]s. If he had put it back when CP first told him to he MAY have gotten it off in time. Most of that CP stuff was extra and the shot would've been too late anyway. DJ even looked at the block at the other end before trying to get off a shot.
Can't wait for the playoffs, especially the WCP. With all the predictions of first round exits, some have to be right. So many month old quotes and I told you so posts in the future.

Quite possible if the rest of your team is terrible. I did it in the last rec league I played in. Except instead of 50, I averaged about 15 . . . which probably explains why we got washed by 20 plus every game

That Warriors team shot 44% from the field. Take away Wilt's field goal percentage, and the rest of the team shot 40% :x
