I'll trade JJ (or probably Jamal) for Green. Having both is a luxury, a long two-way SF is a major need. The bigger the Clippers are on the wing, the less teams can throw their wing defender on CP at the end of games. It takes ALOT out of CP in a playoff series to have to guard the elite PGs and then on the other end be guarded by a 6'7 dude with a 7ft plus wingspan. He's the only one in the West asked to do that.

Don't see why BOS would want either though.

For some reason everybody on NT has always seemed to think Jeff Green is a scrub. I don't get it.

He's really inconsistent. You never know what you're getting from him even from one half of a game to the next.

The environment in Detroit would have to really be toxic for Monroe to waive his no-trade clause and approve of a trade. He would be risking millions.

Are you kidding me? It's quite possibly the worst situation in the league. They're losing just as much as the Sixers while paying more than double for it and actually TRYING to win games with two of the worst team ball players in the world.

And he has to live in ******* Detriot.

God that's awful.
Word, but to accept a trade he would have to waive his Bird Rights. But if he plans to exit Detroit without giving them anything in return in the summer, then go for it.

You don't think he'd at least be an upgrade over Matt Barnes?

On an individual level, yes... I just can't see him fitting in that well with the Clippers' starters. I imagine what the Clippers ask him to do won't make full use of his strengths.

But I guess if option B is sticking with Matt Barnes, it's worth a try. Some things end up making sense even though they shouldn't

Extremely inconsistent. Dude will drop 30 with ease then struggle to crack double digits the next.

Can't hate on him though, especially after he came back after having heart surgery.

I feel like the Clippers just need to load up with 3+D guys..... and in this case, I would say Matt Barnes probably fits the bill a bit better than Green in the lineup.

I agree he's inconsistent, but the Clippers could REALLY use him. He's averaging 20 a game this year and the least he's scored all season is 10.....Matt Barnes averages 9 points a game. He always seems to play well against LeBron too.

I'm just gonna say it now. Wizards win improving to 18-6. 7-1 vs the West, best of any East team. Next up MIA & PHX

The Wolves are just.....smh

Green would definitely help the Sixers. Good defender, which they surely need more of. Plus another scoring option.

Sidenote, Zach Lowe tried to convince us on MCW this week. Did not work.
