In terms of quality or comfort on the court? I play in Hyperdunks and I find them to be comfortable.
The guy is buried on the bench. I'm not surprised. I would have thought he would have worked harder to be in Holliday's position right now...But nope.

So why the hate on David Lee? Because he played well last year, and got hurt and isn't playing well this year? Every loss the GSW had, this thread's reaction is, "Oh it's David Lee's fault".

The man got injured, and it's likely a reason he doesn't fit well into our rotation anymore with Kerr's new coaching style. It's not like it was a sudden change and his talent just blew out the window all of a sudden. The hate is too strong for David Lee. People forget we reached the last seasons Playoffs with him in our team. I don't believe he sucks, maybe you guys are just high on Draymond Green.

A lot of Warriors fans have never been high on Lee. He is a decent offensive player, at best, but his lack of defense out ways what he brings offensively. If he had half the heart Green had, I'm sure most people would like him.
You do realize one of the main reasons they lost the series was because of his play, don't you?

High on David Lee? The man was intrigued to play for the Warriors when he signed the contract 4 to 5 years ago, he averaged 18 points with nearly 10 rebounds in his Warriors career, basically averaging a double double. Sure his defense sucks, but his offense is great at around 18 points that makes up for it along with his rebounding. You could say the same for Iverson, Harden and Carmelo and Nash when their defense sucks but had good offense yet people still praise them and claim they're great. You can't blame all of a team's loss on one man's failure. The Warriors right now are the #1 team in the league right now, and y'all still act like we ain't making the playoffs because of David Lee. Like I said, he got injured, what do you expect? D Rose got injured, but is he averaging the same stats before he got injured? Give the man David Lee a break. We'll get rid of him next season if it would make you guys happy.

Please never compare David Lee's offense to any of those guys. I was being nice, but now you just sound foolish, and to be honest, you seem to like David Lee a little too much.

Not to mention DLee getting 15 mil this season to sit on our bench and is a hassle to unload with his ridiculous contract. DLee ain't all bad, but for that kinda cash, his play is replaceable.

I wasn't comparing, I was just implying how a player has good offense compared to his defense. It's not that I like David Lee a little too much, it's just that I'm not a hater and I give a man his credit and due for all the years. Do you still like Baron Davis and J Rich? Because for all the years they played and did for the Warriors, I'll be a fan of them for life.
I guess we all know who the bandwagon fans and who the true Warriors fans are here.
Warriors had a chance to trade him, they didn't, I'm pretty sure a team was interested in him. But Warriors didn't want to give up any draft picks. Again, the Warriors are the best team in the NBA, I don't know why people are complaining. It's like they expect more.

warriors did have a chance to trade him, but wouldve had to include klay in the package as well for whomever they would bring in (presumably love). definitely not worth it.
and you can appreciate a player for what they brought to the organization in past years, but you can't overlook their diminishing value currently just because of that. true, lee got injured and that's probably affecting his production, but that still doesn't excuse his poor decision making on help defense and the complete disappearance of his midrange shot that was coveted.
watching him play is the most frustrating experience as a fan
