Either way we can't speak for Nike because we don't work for them so we can't really speak on their marketing skills.
I will agree with an early opinion on the yeezy topic that's all what it's about is future revenue. It's all publicity, but we're slaves to it and we all get caught up into if not we wouldn't be buying sneakers anymore, but that desire that hunger created by seeing a fresh pair gets us hooked everytime.
