NFL Week 9 In Review...

Raiders: khalil Mack was the best player on the field vs the Seahawks. Rookie Justin ellis is looking nice too.

DJ Hayden got his first extended pt in a long time & nearly had 2 picks. He'll be a good one, he just needs reps.

I guess a positive is that Dez didn't completely lose his mind?

Did they really need to show him with every other shot though? You're gonna catch him shaking his head at some point

Steelers

What impressed me and has seemingly changed from the beginning of the season and even last year is that the team didn't lose their composure when faced with adversity. Ben was getting crushed early on and instead folding the blocking changed a bit, he stood in the pocket and made throws. Also after that kick return for a TD the team turns around and has a long sustained drive instead of the 3 and out I expected

Bell is one of the most patient runners I've seen
Nice to see everyone recognize how good AB is and what he does for this team
O line doing as well as they can with their talent
James Harrison never fit in Cincy, all he can do is rush the QB, and that's all Pitt asks him to do
DBs playing pretty well with Cortez Allen benched
Gross hit by Suggs. I like Sizzle and what he brings to this rivalry but that was nasty
Ben is on fire, looks great with some time in the pocket.
Starting to actually believe in this team a little bit, hope they don't have te classic let down verse NYJ
Still think Bengals are the best in the division
AFCN looking real strong

Nice to see the usual one liners about Ben from the usual cats be met with crickets. Never change fellas

League
Bengals should've crushed Jax, still aren't hitting on all cylinders
Pacmans return ability is underrated
Bortles didn't do much for me
It's Brady in Gillete. Of course they won
Gronk is a freaking beast
Some bad NFC losses
Rooting for Sanchez
Love seeing Arians and Pitt West flourish
Ironic it is with Palmer at QB
Miami with a great team performance
Not sure what to think about SD

Dennard Looks like a young Marcus Allen lol (exaggeration) but he's understanding how to tote that rock.

rams DLine finally showed up

Justin Houston Bossin Up on the league again

Chiefs...

Jamaal does his thing.

Travis Kelce will be a top 4 TE in the league next year.

Alex Smith...underrated.

Fighting for that AFC WC birth...I'll take it.

NFL...

9ers...
laugh.gif
...I know SF fans would never admit it but...any of ya'll wish you had Smith back?

Seahawks just really aren't that good.

Cardinals...best team in the NFC....best in the NFL?

Brady and co. is back.

Rivers

 so much for that MVP.

Top 5 (on a neutral field)

1. Arizona

2. Denver

3. New England

4. Green Bay

5. Philly

...after poor games from Murray/Manning yesterday...Brady in the driver seat for MVP...?

-Another week, another Jets lost

-Big Ben handing out TDs like Halloween candy

-Arizona did what they should

-San Fran don't wanna make the playoffs

-Where are the people who said San Diego is better than last year

-Heavy winds in Foxboro is an automatic Patriots win

-Maybe next year ********

COWBOYS
6-3. Second in the east.
-weeden ,missed too many easy throws. Wide open guys right in his face. He was locked in on his target all night. Nvr saw the other guys
-two bad games in a row for Barry church and McClain. Missed a lot of tackles.
-Henry Melton coming on strong. Scan drink also played a solid game.
-BRANDON CARR IS FOOOOODDDD!!!!
-all good things must come to an end Demarco
-bye week couldn't come at a better time...two o-line starters and our qb didn't play yesterday.

NFL
-damn Big Ben. Just damn.
-Jeremy hill with a nice day. Welcome back aj
-gronk still got it. Mismatch every play.
-lol @ the overreaction to Peyton's lost. It's week 9. Lol. Damn.
-I'll admit I was wrong about Maclin. Just plain wrong. I never imagined he was capable of doing what he's doing.
-sanchize the anti weeded
-tough L for the skins. Rg3 rookie season seems so far away.
-lol@kap. 9ers can't get right :smh:

-Seahawks are not even close to as good as last year then so are the 49ers.
-Arizona :pimp:
-Chargers  37-0 in your house

Raiders might go 0-16 and they not even close as bad as the 2006 Raiders that went 2-14. This team has some good young talent just needs a few more drafts.

...expand?
He wants you to place New England above Denver after yeterdays blowout loss

Power rankings reflect how teams are as of right now but do you....
laugh.gif
Ah, I see. That's fair.

I just do my rankings based on "if these teams were to play on a neutral field...who would I pick?" I mean, Denver beat Arizona pretty good in Denver, but on a neutral field I think things would be different.

well sanchez is going get a shot to work with a good offensive mind (head coach or OC) and legit skill guys for the first time in his pro career.. hopefully it works out for us, going need him for at least the next couple of weeks..

sucks to see demeco go out like he did.. but good to see the way the crowd and both teams reacted..

now onto the rest of the league..

great sunday, the cowboys and the Washington professional football team both take Ls.. hopefully the giants will do the same tonight

did not expect that broncos/pats game to go that way.. didn't expect that 49ers/rams game to go that way either.. I wouldn't have even dreamed of that chargers/dolphins game going that way

and big ben and Antonio brown are just showing out right now

Travis Kelce is a beast.

Anybody expect Denard Robinson to be doing this good?

Sometimes numbers don't tell the whole story, but the Bengals run defense is every bit as bad as their last place ranking.

Antonio Brown is so damn fun to watch. Martavis Bryant has opened up their offense so much.

Saints need to officially dead the RB by committee approach they've always had when Khiry and Pierre are healthy and stick with handing the rock off to Ingram. It's working and Ingram has ran like a man possessed since preseason.

Emmanuel Sanders is looking like the Broncos new #1 option the last couple weeks. He gets open every single play.

Tim Tebow should take notes from Denard.
Denard was willing to play any role he needed to play to be a productive NFL player.

He was willing to transition into WR or RB, whatever the team needed.
And look at him flourish now.

Meanwhile Tebow didn't wanna let go of his "dream of playing NFL QB."

Yeah... have fun watching the games with your ESPN crew instead of playing in them.

------------------------------

Oh... and I said weeks ago DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHARGERS RECORD... we have NO SECONDARY...and no RUNNING GAME.
5-1 was not a true reflection of how good we were.

Not all of us were delusional with our teams records...

- Get well soon Romo.

-Foles is done for the year with that broken collarbone? Gonna put Chip's offensive genius label to the test with Sanchize taking over.

- 49ers and Seahawks keep struggling Cardinals gonna run away with the division

- Brady and the Pats have rebounded nicely from that massacre in Arrowhead.
