Actually don't look to bad in the street gear video, Iam seeing a lot of yellow on tongue again, even though all 7s have different color patterns, most pic show mostly yellow, oh well better that than the rabbit foot toe box.

Conspiracy? No. Business move to increase profit? Yes.

You're completely wrong. Last time a Jordan was truly made in Italy was ~85-86. I still don't understand how someone can't distinguish real leather from synthetic. Its so obvious, just touch it.

Yup, my 2011 pair has way too much yellow, I had posted a pic earlier in this thread. Hoping I get a 2015 pair with no yellow at all.

What's with all the hate for yellow on the tongue? I specifically went through all the 2015 size 11 pairs my local boutique has and picked out each left and right sneaker that had the most yellow it tongue. To me it makes the little yellow on the outsole pop even more and especially the whole sneaker. Without it the sneaker is just dull and boring to me.

I don't mean to hate on yellow but after seeing pics with tongues that have very little yellow on the 2015s I just like the way it looks better. Either way I like this shoe so much that yellow won't be a deal breaker for me. Out of curiousity were there a lot of pairs at your local boutique that mainly had dark colors on the tongue?

I love the yellow, gives the shoe so much pop. My store only gets 1-2 14s so I wont have much choice.

Yes... like out of 7 of the size 11 pairs I looked at 5 were mainly dark

Lol for real? You 've never heard of fake leather ? Jackets are made of fake leather all the time, furniture and such.

I've seen this mentioned on these boards before, and I would like to see where it has been confirmed that all Jordan's are synthetic man made uppers. it might not be high grade leather like they used to use back in the day, but this **** is definitely leather. If you can provide some proof that it is not I know lots of vegans that will be excited to know they have more options in footwear now.
I find it funny that you don't know there isn't real leather/suede in Jordan's. They're all synthetic and have been for over 15 years

Read your original post.

looking at my 2011 pair an looking at these pics, an i still feel the 2011 is better shaped imo the best thing about the '15 is the dark midsole and green used on tongue, something about that toe box still seems weird.:\

You dont like the bulgedeaux vii's?

Love yellow on the tongue

Actually for all the leather talk people do here no one posts guides or anything.

Real leather or not it's determined by more then just feel, thats a part of it, but thats for highest quality, and it's not harder thats betters. When it feels like animal skin its most expensive.

The highest quality leather still have the scars and marks that the animal had on it

The level below of leather buffs that layer off.

And it gets 'worse' from there.

Also another leather quality difference is how long the leather is tanned, because its blue when taken off the cow.

Cheap leather is blue in the center to cut corners, the people who make the leather do it so they can produce more at a significantly lower cost, and the leather is usually painted or dyed on exposed edges to cover up the layer o blue in the middle.

Before y'all go into long leather talks and battles just do basic searches, also nike doesn't release reports on everything they use for every shoe but the shoe.

Even the things like telling info about how long the leather is tanned would require a different kind of breakdown for your shoe.

Bets are way against any leather nike jordans from ANY year being the highest quality leathers. parts nostalgia.

After dude question the Concords in another NTer avy, saying they were fake because of the blue soles. At that point i knew his judgement was questionable
