Fabolous - Young OG Project - Dec 25- NEW TRACK BALL DROP

My view on this album:

He was talking about girls on every song...right from the beginning :lol:. What else is new

That Young OG II song was a disappointment because I liked the vibe of the original one way more. Should of just extended the original like I thought he would (Almost positive he couldn't clear that sample)

"We Good" is my favorite joint easily. RHQ did his thing.

Crazy you guys mentioned R.Les because just the other day when I was driving around and Addiction came on and I was Fab should do way more work with him.

Fab is much older now but he's far from washed. Remember when dudes said that right before TINC1 and he shut that whole thing down and dropped probably one of the best mixtapes of all time. He needs to get back on his Loso's Way stuff though.

I could write a long *** review on it but I'm too lazy, but I'd say this is the first Fab project that I can sit and listen to all the straight without skipping a track

Honestly I give it a 9 because every track is on point

My favorites are:
1. Lituation
2. You made me
3. She wildin
4. Ball drop
5. Bish bounce
6. Rap and sex
7. Gone for the winter (the beat switch ups are crazy !!)
9. Young OG (2 verse)

I like damn near he whole album lmao

But I can clearly see some new cars influenced this album
It gotta lil drake, cole, French Montana, but those are also my favorite artist so I don't mind lol

Also sidenote I like now hip hop artist are cutting their albums short of tracks because I don't wanna sit there and listen to 18 tracks and only like 5 are good lol

Just give me a solid 10-12 tracks and I'm straight
 
Can't say I'm surprised at the reception. I gave up on dude when i heard TINC3
 
Where these dudes at that say he's been wack for years when soul tape 2 was one of the most important cds in years

I only find Young OG 2 and Gone For The Winter listenable

Fab should have done a tape with Harry Fraud instead of French, because his beat selection leaves a lot to be desired.

Right here. Soul Tape 1 was great, the second one, not so much. At least for me.

But yea, isn't that what we came to expect.  Fab has always made bubblegum music.

He had all the potential to be the next NY great, but he'll go down as one of those guys that never dropped that one classic album to solidify himself.

Mixtape Fab is cool, but they aren't as great as people make it seem.

Him, Juelz, Budden, and Jada should make a super group called the underachievers.

Ur preaching to ppl who dont wanna be converted...this joint too hot they just wanna hate on Loso...Ball Drop is flames, Rap & Sex is creative and that slowed up verse where he piece every1s adlibs together is beyond flames and the last verse of Gone for the Winter can kill most these URL battle rappers whole verses...these Fab haters wanted a mixtape and he gave a EP like he was suppose to do
