NFL Week 14 In Review...

Trust me when I tell you it was meaningless because of the team we were playing against, and even some members of that fanbase.  Not taking a shot or dissing, but just telling it like it is.  The outcome of the game didn't matter.
I think it matters in the sense that it's the final straw that will result in your coach being fired, your QB losing his confidence forever, your window finally closing, and your team committing back to rebuilding for another 10 years, champ.

Back to the status quo for the rest of the millennium.
You know all this by being a daily professional poster on NT huh champ??  You arm chair GM's, you dudes have no knowledge of the industry whatsoever.  Just be content watching football and leave it at that.
At least he has Levi's stadiu..... Never mind he's not from here
Yeah, I'll leave Levi Stadium to you...........feel free to lift all the boxes in the team store till your heart is content.

If we win out we get ourselves in some weird playoff scenario, but we have to beat the colts in Indy which we've never done and beat the Ravens too. Seems unlikely. Even then, we'd worry about tiebreakers which we'd lose to Pittsburgh/Cincy for sure. Too far down the line though.

I hope they try and keep Jim

VD, Crabtree, Brooks can kick rocks

Draft a QB in the 2nd round SRS

That is all.

Borland still in the conversation for DROTY

Packers, Patriots and MAYBE  those guys in Seattle are superbowl bound

That is all

IMHO I think Arizona dodged a bigger bullet than people realize by winning yesterday.

I think that loss, combined with their difficult remaining schedule, would of led to a collapse and they would of missed the playoffs.

They're lucky they were facing Alex Smith in the 4th quarter yesterday, I think Mr. check down saved that playoff birth for them honestly.

Any QB with any capabilities of throwing it deeper than 3 yards could of won that game yesterday.
I mean did they really dodge a bullet though?

9-3 going into the game.. i thought it about it last week after it was mentioned on here.. they really only had to win 1 of their final 4 games to pretty much make it in (which would make them 10-6)

the own head to head wins over 3 teams in the running to make the playoffs.. and they were already a game up on 2 of those 3 teams (now they're a game up on all 3).. then you factor in teams playing each other

I'm not overly afraid of Balt. They aren't quite the team from 2912 IMO. If they see Cincy they are done

Tell me more about this 2912 Ravens team

I still the Steelers win the division; they were my bounce back team in preseason and I'm sticking with them

Not even going to edit it. F you guys

Noo, for some reason Cincy has owned Balt. Just match up well with them

Then again it would be a playoff matchup....(bad Andy)

i agree with dmx. i think cincy can take the ravens in balt or cincy. playoff football is all about matches. with that said, go browns :smokin

Revis has been by far the best CB in the league again this year. Not a coincidence wherever he leaves goes to ****.
I'mma say it again. Not too long ago there was the usual top CB in the league discussion in the regular NFL thread. Not 'eem one mention for Darrelle Revis.

He's been worth every single cent and will set the new market for his position in the offseason. For the 3rd time.

Bet on himself in consecutive seasons (one of them after an ACL injury!)...and came out ahead each time.

EDIT:

Pls keep the Ravens from New England. Let someone else deal with them.

...and now as I catch up on the regular NFL thread, I see there was another top CB in the league discussion and ol' boy finally got some love.

I swear I wrote the previous post without reading the new pages.

Texans
- Started off as a game that was sooooooo Texans with playing disastrously down to a very crappy team, but great to see who they took over and put the game away.
- Watt is so much trash, getting a big *** contract, and far surpassing it game in and game out. That sucks :smh: I wish we had more players that got big contracts, got lazy and fell off.
- Foster :pimp: The best RB when healthy. There's huge difference with him on the field vs our other RBs starting (minus Blue & Grimes' game two weeks ago)
- That Andre hit :x Hope he's ready to go against Indy, but would not be surprised if he's not.
- Swearinger taketh, but thankfully he can also giveth.
- Fitzy P still holdin slab after his benching :pimp:

Seahawks
- Guess I didn't realize how much KJ Wright meant to the team until he went out and came back. This team is looking ready to make another run.
- Russellmania making plays when he has to :smokin
- Baldwin picking up very nicely. Dude has been living up to his words since the Super Bowl.
- ET3, Kam and Sherman have every DB that gets brought up to this roster playing like studs. Seems like it doesn't matter who's inserted.

The League
- I had the DAL/CHI game as a coin flip, and though the bears mounted that comeback, I called that Cutler pick the play before it happened. Not sure what to say about that Bears team. Cutler may need to go, and hit the reset bottom.
- Let does live, especially since he's one of a fraction of guys with passion on that team who doesn't hold their heads down when adversity comes.
- Jets   I do not want MM8 going to that landfill.
- Cardinals very lucky to get that win, but now that puts pressure on the Cowboys and Niners to win at all costs. Bad loss for KC along with that.
- The Browns deserved better than a loss like that. But you can never leave Andrew Luck with any time nor opportunity, cause the refs analysts already supply him with enough. Should not have let him convert that initial 3rd down when they were on their own 5 (??), nor had those penalties.
- I thought the Steelers would go through a major lull for awhile because they took too long to get rid of some of their older players, but here we are with them possibly winning their division. Guess you can't count out Tomlin and Big Ben. And Haley??? Meh.
- Gronk >>>>>> Jimmy Graham
- Poooooooor Niners. It was all good just....well before the Ravens turned out the lights in the Superbowl. That window is the size of a flat Miley Cyrus ***. Gore old. Davis shook. Kaeper**** is stupid. Harbaugh would rather coach the Raiders or Browns. What a damn shame.

Green Bay offense damn near unstoppable but that defense:x
Falcons it's time to clean house starting with Thomas Dimitroff
Cam is getting healthy and finally starting to look like his old self. Funny thing about that fight was Cam look like the biggest person on the field.

The biggest person on the field who casually stepped out of the way while everybody else fought, smart man
