What's for breakfast?

Bro's I didn't take a dump for 3 days and was in so much pain I couldn't even go to work. I never want that to happen again  what's a good quick breakfast to prevent this? Still taking it easy on the red meat for a week...

drink more water and increase your fiber intake (oatmeal, fruit, and prunes)

dont be scared of prunes bruh, they taste good!

Def isn't my water intake but yeah I need more of the other stuff. I'm gonna hit the grocery store for some oatmeal. Eat fiber guys or you will want to die.

lol also, if you eat alot fruits, your lady might thank you.

I normally eat pretty good. I just went in starting Saturday night with no regards through Sunday. Never doing that again. I'm old now :frown:

Today: This morning I ate half of a sweet potato mixed into some oatmeal

Yesterday: Peanut Butter + Jelly on toasted wheat + almond milk + sun warrior protein + frozen banana + cinnamon + flax seed shake

Wednesday: Black eyed peas and a side of broccoli

Tuesday: Bowl of oatmeal + kale/apple/banana/cinnamon smoothie

Monday: Boiled eggs mixed with black eyed peas

I try to get some protein in there. Be flexible and get out of the mindset that only certain foods are breakfast foods

I eat 3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk; trader joes rice crisp cereal w/ 2% organic milk and some raw cane sugar; and a 5000 IU Vitamin D3 pill every other day.

Nothing besides Water and Black Coffee with a hint of skim milk. Intermittent Fasting :nthat:

I try eating right sometimes so I'll have a fresh fruit bowl from a store, greek yogurt with fruit/granola. it seems to keep me tweaked out and full more than if I had  more of a breakfast.

-7 links of organic turkey sausage
-6 boiled brown eggs + yolks sliced on 3 slices of organic multigrain bread, topped with ripe avocado slices and chia seeds
-1 bowl (about 4 cups) of steel cut oatmeal made with organic almond milk, + flax seeds, and honey
- 1 side salad (baby kale, cucumber, spinach and arugula) topped with olive oil
- 1 strawberry pineapple banana smoothie + protein powder, honey & flax seed

I try to eat this everyday. Some says I'll substitute brown eggs for white eggs, and turkey sausage for beef or chicken apple sausage, sometimes lamb

Its expensive to be healthy. You prolly shopping twice a week?

unless it's the weekend or a special occasion the most I ever have for breakfast is a protein shake or iced coffee.

Usual breakfast:

Down 20 Oz. of water before anything

Bowl of oatmeal (half a scoop of casein protein, dash of flax seed, chia seads and sesame seeds in the bowl).

Coffee w/ International Delight creamer

1 toast of Ezekiel bread (cinnamon-raisin)

1 large egg and about 4 oz. of egg whites

This is my go to breakfast for the most part. Sometimes with my eggs I would have half an avocado and a scoop of salsa.

2 eggs over easy with bacon & white cheddar on a slice of rye bagel
w/ a side of juiced spinach
