am i wrong in thinking that having a rolie and LV items yet wearing H&M pants seems like hustling backwards ?

I remember when the term sneaker head meant something. It was a term of endearment. Now... :smh:

Dude is corny
All these cats is corny
Cats rocking "exclusive" Jordan's but look like straight BUMS from the ankles up.
Get some designer jeans fam, step ya shirt game up. No grown *** man is gonna wear only a t shirt. Wear Layers fam. Step ya sexy up, pa.

Eventually all these cats is gonna realize that once you get a real job, and move on out of that T-Mobile kiosk in the mall, sneakers will be the last thing on ya mind

One guy put it in perfect perspective a few years ago. I think it was around the time I was just starting college. He said something to the effect of:

The sneakerhead stuff goes out the window really fast. Girls look at other aspects about a guy. Never has one came up to me and said "are those limited Life Style Jordans? Cool. Want to have sex?"

And it's so true. Once you start getting older, you just appreciate the whole sneaker thing less and less. Especially with the current state of "the shoe game". I used to be one of those guys that thought he'd be buying new shoes for the rest of his life, but that has quickly proven not to be the case. These days I only buy shoes that hold some sentimental value. For the whole year of 2014, I've only bought two pairs of kicks. Carmines and Columbias. Both are in my top 10 of all time.
