What shoe is this?

Hello! I recently received this pair of shoes as a gift, I have looked around the internet for a while trying to figure out what these are but I cannot for the life of me figure it out. I plan to sell these shoes but I do not know what to label them as or how much to sell them for as I am a person who usually just wears a pair of converse. They are white and red, they say biggie on the back of the left shoe and 3 on the right(both in red). If you guys could help me with this I would be very grateful.
