What happened to uptempoair.com? Tried going on the site but seems like its shut down....bought my 99 cement 4s off here about 7 years ago
 
I haven't thought about this site in a minute :lol:

no idea what happened though, assume whoever ran it grew out of the sneaker fade
 
I bought a pair of canvas Air Force 1s there in high school and traded them to a kid for a TI83 calculator after I stepped in dog poop and the shoes faded after leaving them outside in the sun for a week. I copped black cement 3s from the CDP there too because they would split the packs up.
 
I remember copping a cold MJ playground tee to match my 4s way back when.
Then, they sent an email saying my order was refunded because their shirt shipment was at the bottom of the sea.
Needless to say, I wrote a scathing anonymous review on their site, which they deleted and let me know they knew it was me.
I never looked back, GOOD RIDDANCE!!!
 
I bought my white and green XIVs from them for like 80 bucks. This was like 9 years ago tho.
 
Its 2015. No need for sites like that anymore with eBay and all the other stuff. They used to sell things below retail too.
 
JUST LOOKED FOR THIS SITE AND WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THEYRE GONE.. USED TO GET A LOT OF STUFF FROM THEM

When Nicekicks had a forum, I was on there before NT and the url was my.nicekicks.com I used to chat on AIM with some of the mods

Remember when fakes were clear as day? 11's were so obvious when fake?

So many memories through the years and the transformation of this hobby. Now it's all bots, raffles, and nobody caring about history just wanting to stunt in the "new new". :lol:
 
I copped Cool Grey 11s for like 160 from sneakerpimp.com must been like 15 years ago lol. They still had mad sizes left too. If only I had a time machine
