Lol I stay in Phoenix City take that I-85 (A Trapper's Highway) be there in no time. Besides malls here suck Atlanta got the fresh threads & new styles. Lol you know these kids got to flex for IG likes and **** front page mofos smh.
 
Checking back in guys. I have the unique opportunity to own all 3 versions of the Aqua 8. The OG, the 2007 and the upcoming 2015. Here's a preview I posted on my Instagram. Colors used on the soles of the 2015s Have Way More POP!!! Than the OGs

why does the grey on the OG look a bit darker than the 2015 pair? Is it due to age?

The grey on the 2015 is officially labeled as "Flint Grey." It's very much lighter than its predecessors. The grey on the OG doesn't seem like it's faded due to age. Each of the shoes are DS. Shoes have been tucked away in storage. Age shows in the midsole and outsole.

Wonder if we will see the Flint Grey VII's, XII's and/or XIII's anytime in ther near future. They have to have some left over material to utilize.

(Sigh)..No man. 2015 is just lighter. Nothing else to it. No magic, no tricks, none of that. OGs' grey is simply just darker in hue. Curious to know what you were expecting? Seen you flaming people and spamming the thread for a week straight over this lol.

Finally cooked on a NIke raffle . Really looking forward to these . Offed my 07s when I heard they were dropping again. Hopefully the mid doesn't crack as fast .

wasnt spamming anyone, and its still pretty clear that the 2015 pair was lightened to get closer to the OGs. They didn't pull that detail out of their ***. And the reason I asked us because in many other pictures of the OGs, they look just like the 2015 pair, hence the question about mjo23dans pair as it looks darker than other pics I've seen of the OG.

The 2015 pair is still very close to the OG, that fact hasn't changed with this new comparison. Furthermore, in case you forgot, many people weren't just saying they liked the O7s more, they were bashing the 2015 for color changes that were made to resemble the OG not the 2007. Many compare the new pair to the 2007 pair instead of the OG which makes little sense especially if everyone claims to want the OG

Those Nike raffle sucks, can't even win on GR shoes went 0/6 on two accounts, but won the aquas on my main account

That way people who have no intention of picking up won't enter, but people who actually want the shoe and can get it from the store aren't penalized.
