Season 2 sounds like it's going to be a dud. They have a deal with Lionsgate hoping to be on network TV for season 3.

Tidal just gets the early release for about a week then it'll be released to the non Tidal users

Then why sign with Tidal? Nobody cares about watching a webseries a week early on a music app. If anything, they will just go create a new email so they can sign up for the free trial again.

It would be wise if they just uploaded the series to their own plat form and just put ads in for extra revenue, with this youtube red dropping that will hurt their viewer base and also it would be conflict of intrest with tidal so i cant even think how they plan on pulling this off

Didn't they put the season 1 finale up on their own website so that people could pay to view it? If so, they should have stuck with that method. Then again, they already got their payday from viewers so I don't think anybody is trying to pay for any of the episodes lol.

Not sure I saw it on yourube free lol.
Netflix is their best bet or hell apple music/spotify, but people aint rocking with Tidal, and this isnt strong enough to change that.

Watched the interview Friday. Glad to see that we will still have access to M&V for free.
The Tidal move still wasn't the greatest but I see their play and it appears that they did it more for network/ relationships.
I thought it was cool that Moses admitted he took a L in terms of money to stick with Tidal/ The Roc.
Ya'll GoFundme Cats def got Zoe'd tho he straight up said he used the money to pay the actors. Thats fair considering the time they spent on the show, but that should have been outlined in the fund raiser.
