Typical NT. A thread about weather, I'm scrolling down through pages quickly and of course there are nothing but screen caps of hot weather reporters.

Outside of upstate and New England it's been a mild winter along the east coast. I've been getting by with light jackets and hoodies so far.

nyc so soft now

this isn't my city anymore

everything is either policed or "here let me hold your hand" type ****

Sounding like this 'blizzard'...much like most new york ****...was overrated.

Saw the news reports this morning, they showed times square of course and I just :smh:

Nothing but hype.

People complaining about the city being too careful? So not being prepared would be better? People will criticize them regardless of what they do.

This is true though.
The alternative is we would've been under prepared.
Then we all would've been talking about "they should've been shut trains down".

On to the next big thing...

shrewsbury, ma - 30 inches of snow so far

nyc - not all that much

determination: there was no blizzard, storm was a bust for all
