Hell First Class is better than all of those except Cap1, I'd put that above First Class....the best thing about MCU is how they translate their characters from comics to screen, their accuracy in both the actors look and the costume design....they set the bar with RDJ, dude IS Tony Stark and have been pretty consistent....in the same toll that's where Fox falls short, they've come a long way from the first Xmen movies, these were pre-MCU so is not fair to judge them on those, I judge them based on FC and DOFP they've made huge improvements and slowly I see them adapting more of the comics origin is, specially with AOA....Jubilee looks straight out of the 90's cartoon....if they can nail that, their writing and acting blows most of the MCUs out the water, best thing about the MCU is the Cap movies, GOTG and Antman both being very enjoyable films but that's about it, their core is Cap.

DOFP >>>> both Thors, IM2/3, IH, Cap 1 and def AOU.

But ya keep up your fanboyism....I totally get it.

You see what you had to do though? Compare fox's best film (arguably) to most of Marvel's mid to lower tier films lol

Magneto wasn't exactly the villain in First Class.

And Magneto has been part of the XMen, even the leader of it at one point.

In First Class, he was a founder of the XMen and help create the group and recruit their members.

I don't feel he is forced either considering the stories are usually between Charles and Erik and their principles. If anything, Wolverines part feels more forced as they try to make him the center of every film.

I would rather wolverine than JLaw. She wasnt even mystique in the trailer smh. I'm literally aggravated by her presence in these films

You're really only one of the few ppl who feels AOU was 'absolute garbage'

Most people just feel that it didn't live up to expectations, and that's only because A1 set the bar high

I feel the same way about A2 and it's still a better film than DOFP. Marvel's b plus game >

Break down A1 and tell me how it was so great?...the acting wasn't anything crazy with the exception of Loki, movie was pretty meh direction wise, what sets A1 as one of the best CBM is that it was the first time all these crossovers were united in one film, that **** was awesome to watch on screen, A2 was practically a repeat of A1 but guess what?...that novelty of "ohhhh ahhhh" is gone, we seen it, is no longer that cool....

This is what annoys me about MCU fanboys that constantly want to down all other films, like I said DOFP and FC >>>>> at least 75% of the MCU....show me otherwise:

Lol. Pretty much everything about that movie was great. I pretty much wouldn't re-do anything about the movie except for Cap's costume.

That movie was much more than just the novelty of the heroes getting together. If you really think that, then no amount of breaking down the movie will really sway you.

I love movies and comics, I'm not loyal to any studio, I don't care for them as long as they put out solid films...hence I love Winter Soldier, GOTG, Antman and IronMan, I even still enjoy Nortons Hulk and I think CW will be dope...but I also love DOFP and enjoy FC...and you guys downplay star power too much, McAvoy and Fassbender are amazing actors and they carry those two films with ease...if they can fine tune their character design, I can't see how Fox's Xmen franchise wouldn't be a success or why we doubting AOA as if DOFP was anywhere near a let down as AOU was  ya should be doubting Marvel at this point...lol

Eh Marvel movies feel more loyal to the comics compared to the Xmen movies although the last two were good.

The only subpar Marvel movies were Ironman 3 and Thor 2, all the others were enjoyable to very good.

The only Xmen movie that were good are the last 2.

I guess is all subjective....because AOU has put me to sleep every single time.

-lame forgettable villain
-terrible pacing
-cringeworthy forced love interest
-practically a repeat of A1

Best thing about AOU was that Hulk vs HB fight

Negro WHAT????!
True story, enjoyed Thor, Ironman 2 was ok and Cap 1 was pretty good since I'm into history and WW2. All of those movies are better than Wolverine Origins and the first 3 X-men and all of the F4s. Only movie that kinda sucked was Thor 2 and Ironman 3.

IM3 was the only cringe worthy MCU film to me.
Agreed, although disappointing, Thor 2 wasn't horrible, just not as good as I thought it would be. Forgot about Antman, which I think was decent and creative but not that monumental.
