Tuesday slate is tricky. I'm only going tourneys that day, no cash. Unless I come up with a safe LU. Def like Reggie Jackson/Mo Gotti and Bazemore for minimum salary tho.

I haven't looked into the matchup for specifics with the NE/NJ game outside of B. Marshall.

I personally don't like Julio for his price right now in cash but in GPP it's likely a good play because he'll have low ownership. At that price tag must people would likely just pivot to Freeman for a higher floor at lower cost, especially since TEN is statistically better against the pass than the run right now.

Foster is my 2nd highest play after Gurley this week. The Texans offense is okay statistically but horrible in real life. Foster & Hopkins are literally the only reliable weapons; Shorts is out, Washington probably hampered if he does go, zero TE production and all three backup RBs are scrubs.

Texans have a lot of defensive injuries this week so I see game script going in Miami's favor but Foster is probably the #2 option as a receiver. Just need that groin to hold up...

What you guys think of Dion Lewis this week? And will Julio finally go off again against Titans? Is Foster worth it this week?

I think you can do it. I think the game will be a little closer than the spread. Julio is the ultimate GPP play this week. No one is gonna be on him. Pivot off of Freeman to him and you can set yourself up nicely. Foster is def top 5 this week.

As for the Texans: as I mentioned last week, Arian Foster and DeAndre Hopkins are pretty much the entire Texans offense, which means you can use them both in cash games in good matchups and still do just fine (well…you could last week, at least, before Hopkins’ price spiked to about where it actually belongs). The question, however, is whether or not this constitutes a “good matchup.”

Early in the year, we feared the Dolphins from a run-stopping and pass-rushing standpoint, and considered them to have a capable secondary. After four weeks of futility, we began to shift our assessment to see them as one of the worst defenses in football.

The reality probably lies somewhere in the middle, but I am currently leaning more toward the original assessment – at least for now, and for as long as the “rah rah, let’s get ‘em” coaching keeps the motor of this defense running. Given Arian Foster talent and pass game involvement, I like him just fine, but I also do not see him being a significantly better play than some of the cheaper options available, and I see his point-per-dollar upside being lower than what you can find elsewhere. As for Hopkins? Frankly, I expect the Dolphins to absolutely sell out in their efforts to stop him. And if I’m going to be completely honest (with a statement I may regret later!), I think his price has risen to a point where he is a perfectly fine guy to avoid this week, even in cash games. This week, I would almost rather look to Cecil Shorts (and I will not be looking to Cecil Shorts!), as I genuinely think the Dolphins will do absolutely everything they can to hold down Hopkins. And given the fact that they have the talent to somewhat slow down the run without dedicating extra attention, I think they’ll be somewhat successful. I still think Hopkins has a really solid game, but from a point-per-dollar perspective, this could be a trap, and at this point in the week, at least, I plan to stay away myself. Ultimately, I could see the Texans being held to 17 or fewer points, and I’m not certain enough those points will come from Hopkins to want to spend up for his newly-escalated price.

someone should tell him that cecil shorts was ruled out. too big a gap to mumphery or strong. if you're not playing hopkins, stay away from the texans overall.

if you avoid hopkins, fitzgerald is 1200 cheaper with a better matchup. although the targets are a little more spread out.

other receivers i like: john brown, any colts/saints WR, travis benjamin.

Palmer, Gurley and the Rams Defense pretty much 99% percent of all my line ups.

personally i think it's a running backs week. good value in your cheaper receivers : snead, moncrief, brown, martavis etc.

gurley, latavius murray, peterson, shady, freeman(because unfadeable), and ivory all look good to me.

QB: you can pay up for luck or brees because that game has shootout written all over it. (highest o/u total at 52) if you don't go those guys, palmer at 6700 on DK is the move imo.

TE: gates is the OBVIOUS play. clay should get a ton of targets. i'm iffy on julius thomas. worked out for me last week, but walters got targets out of nowhere at allen hurns expense. bortles also force feeds A-Rob. delanie walker has a good matchup. don't wanna chase points on ben watson, but he's another punt.

super contrarian play: Jordan Cameron. Kelce, Thomas, and Olsen all have had good games against the texans. thomas had 13 targets, olsen had 14, kelce had 6 but he had 106 and 2 TDs. colts don't use TEs really, and ASJ is hurt so tampa couldn't beat us there. Dan Campbell is a former tight end. cameron scored last week. my big concern here is cameron having games with 7-8-9 targets but not topping 4 catches.

also, Rishard Matthews. maybe i'm just pessimistic towards my team and think everyone will torch us
jarvis landry has 50 targets but 30 catches, rishard has 23 catches on 32 targets, and more yards and TDs. either or could be a good play depending on the rain.

Don't forget Chandler on the low at TE for Patriots. Maybe Amendola since Revis is shadowing Edelman.

You're not being super contrarian, that's actually a very solid play with Cameron. I think too often people don't factor in defensive injuries for the correlation for offensive plays. Texans will be without Clowney, ILB McKinney and Kareem Jackson & will likely play a lot of Charles James (Hard Knocks guy) immediately after claiming him off waivers this week.

Outside of Watt & Johnson no one on the Texans D is going to be a force to be reckoned with. I know it's not a popular opinion but I think Miami is gonna roll Houston and lots of fantasy production will come from this contest
