Just talked to a customer service rep and he said that the link that just went live was a result of glitches. He then said that the all over multicolor option should be available at 12 EST 9 PT

What's the difference between In Progress and Submitted? My order from last night didn't get a confirmation email and I thought it didn't go though. This morning I check my orders and nothing there.
Now I've placed my order again it's showing the ID i made last night in My Orders plus the one i submitted.
Any insight?
