I don't understand where glitter and glow in the dark relates to the 95-96 season. Gold 2006 Concords were a more accurate nod to the season than this shoe. JB is not trying anymore. GITD been on GM XIs since 2000.

Saw some picture on Modern whatever, I must say that the sole being all white didn't appeal that much to me. I will of course try to grab a pair but I am not amazed by the sole. Glow in the dark doesn't do squat for me since I plan on using them during the day.

Still not sure. While I like the idea of using both the nubuck and leather on the upper, I don't know how I feel about the end result. The shoe is clean, the pseudo Space Jam look is always going to be a clean look, I'm just not blown away by them. I might still get them, being that the XI model is one of my favorite Jordan models, but it's nothing too spectacular IMO. But as always it's going to be a chore trying to get them during the holiday release.

Is the iridescent leather clear? The texture of the tumbled leather is clearly visible under the patent leather in those shots.
